You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff was excellent - I was able to use the workout area and it was great. We also really enjoyed the shuttle to the airport. It took the stress away !

SpainService and treatment was good for all the hotel team, just only with the exception during the travel back to the airport with the shuttle driver, who I considered their reactions impolite and inconsiderate with us and luggages.
Everything was quite OK. The room was big enough and the utilities worked well.

United States of AmericaThe only issue was the breakfast that we paid to have included. Upon checking in they said it was covered for 2 guests per room we booked. The next morning we attempted to get food and were told it was only 1 per room. It was a whole ordeal to have the food service workers and the front desk staff figure it out and correct it.
Room was well appointed, nice furniture and decor. Very spacious. The general hallways were kept neat. Courtyard had a nice sitting area as well as corn hole boards that we used. Enjoyed each room having balconies to view the courtyard. Parking area was well lit at night and safe enough for us to leave all of our luggage in the back of our truck without concerns.

Only for a short overnight stay - arrived at midnight and left at 5:30 am - the room was crisp, clean and inviting as was the lobby. Information regarding shuttle to airport was perfect.
