You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe only issue was we were on the end where they were remodeling, and it was kind of noisy but not enough to complain or move the room about. Also, my refrigerator went out, and our food and my insulin were in there and went bad. But they were very understanding about the situation and took a day off for me.
I loved the location it was back out the way. They remodeled and painted, so everything was clean and neat. The bistro was nice to get really cooked food. The outside patio area was beautiful little to chilly for me to sit out there but would have loved to. I also loved that the hotel wasn't far from shopping stores. It was my first time in Philadelphia, and it was enjoyable 😉

He was not very welcoming, then the following evening I requested a clean comforter since the one we met looked soiled at the edges. First he told me there were none,, then he brought me a wet comforter and said that it just came out the dryer, but it is a little cold, and I should open it for a while to dry. I really don't see this as Marriott standard. Needless to say, it did not dry until the following evening. I chose this hotel because of the pool, but then found it to be closed. Very dissapointed.
