You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI miss a restaurant in a hotel, with a bar to relax in the evening after work, but I see that most hotels don't have them anymore.
I really like the farm fresh breakfast bowl, I take it to work and enjoy it around 10am. The location of the hotel is good also, with the MacGregor center across the street.

United States of AmericaI can't think of anything I didn't like. The staff was nice, and the hotel was comfortable and quiet.
I liked how close we were to PNC Arena. We stayed in the hotel because we were going to the Carolina Hurricanes hockey game, and the hotel was close to the arena. The hotel was also very quiet and very nice. We enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom was not very clean. There were yellow stains at the bottom of the toilet. I had to clean myself. Also, there was hairs in the shower including on the shampoo and conditioner pumps. Very disgusting.
The staff were so pleasant, so nice polite and very helpful.

And trust me, I don't really like my room too cold ...... but in both stays the room couldn't get cool enough. Also, a small refrig wasn't properly working on one of my stays. Other than that great room!

United States of AmericaRooms felt cheap. Bare essentials. Not warm or what I expect from Marriott. Caution when in shower. Very narrow and no where to grab hold when getting out. Hopefully Marriott has good insurance because someone will slip getting out.
Staff very nice. Location good. Motel 8 might be a better choice though. One small match book size of soap bar. Come on man!
