You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThey told us they had complimentary breakfast from 6am-10am when we checked in so when we went downstairs for breakfast the desk told us it wasn’t in our package. For the amount of $ staying at the hotel the least they could’ve done was comp us breakfast.
The place was clean and the people were nice. No complaints about the room or property.

United States of AmericaNo free breakfast like most hotels . My reservation I requested a room not near the elevator or ice machine. We were put in a room 2 doors away from the ice machine and elevator. There were wedding guests in the hotel and they stood by the elevator talking and laughing it was to noisey. If you can’t meet a request then don’t ask for preferences. Your ice machines are tooooo loud need new quiet ones.

United States of AmericaI wish there was a way to shut the air off. Kids noses ended up a little stuffy because it was either too hot or too cold. There was no way to keep the temperature comfortable so we kept having to turn it up and down which was a pain. Last wish there was a microwave so that I could heat up my kids food. Going down was a pain but overall I would stay again!!!
