The elevator door made a terrible noise for 5th floor exits.

Nice location to interstate, restaurants and our event. Bistro area and gathering areas were spacious and nicely arranged with a work space/computer area as well.

Horrible and unhelpful night audit (Darren) and reception staff who argued that we didn’t have a booking despite showing her a booking confirmation for two rooms.

I am slightly disappointed by the night audit’s (Darren) crass attitude when woke up at 2:00am to go downstairs to tell him about the noisy aircon. Whilst he offered to move us, he showed no empathy and he was just not nice about the way he communicated. I also booked Saturday night/(1 night/2 rooms), which they told me could not be found in your system on arrival despite showing the person at the front desk my email confirmation of my booking. This lady was totally unhelpful and this was the same person that checked us in the night before who I had informed the night before that I wanted to book a second night. She specifically advised me to get back on booking.com to do the booking, which I did. But she became unhelpful when we turned up on Saturday night with our email confirming our booking. She later explained that my first and last name were transposed hence why she couldn’t find our booking. Personally, I can’t see how that would have happened because I used my captured session on my computer to complete the Saturday booking. She wouldn’t give us Booking.com’s number to call us so we could resolve the issue directly with them. She enjoyed it as we walked away from her not knowing if we were going to get a room for our boys. Horrible mean service I’d say.

The pool was definitely smaller than I was expecting. It was only big enough for maybe three people at most, and it had people in it each time we tried to go down to swim.

Room smelled very musty, old shower, no breakfast available, coffee was terrible.

Good location off 95, bed was comfortable, it was quiet, good blackout curtains, nice big TV. It was clean.

Was looking forward to using pool. It was under maintenance. Hotel seems a little dated. Took forever to get the hot water to come to the shower. I probably wouldn’t stay here again Really not worth the $147 I paid.

The Hotel was under renovations and very noisy. The floors and elevators in the lobby and check in area were often dirty throughout the day. Someone should be monitoring it and regularly cleaning the lobby throughout the day as needed during the renovations hours.

We stayed from Thursday to Sunday, and the bathroom had black mold above the bathroom door. The bathroom also looked like it still needed to be cleaned. The bed also had blood on the sheets. We were told the maid service would come to clean our room, but it never happened. We had personally go put our trash in their cart to have it out of our room. I will never go back!

I had to switch rooms 3 times. The first room, the TV, didn't work. The second room smelled like housekeeping tried to febreezed cigarette smoke out of the room, but it didn't work. The last and final room was damaged and falling apart. Half the closet door was missing. The wallpaper was falling off, and the bathroom was no good Not a very comfortable stay. Would not stay in this location again.

I only stay at this hotel when in the area. The staff are friendly and have great leadership. I am always treated well and because I come so much they know my name and save my favorite room for me when I book. Beautiful sitting area with fire place to visit with friends and family. My staff will come to the hotel and work with me in the area with the fire place.

The remote control did not have a back so the batteries were held together with tape. But front desk fixed that concern and it really took nothing from my stay
