No obvious complaints about anything. If we had to name one thing - the hot tub wasn't quite as warm as you'd expect and can't be temp adjusted. Beyond that, all smiles!

Great location, near the highways. Friendly staff with a nice bistro/bar eating area in the lobby. Starbucks too if you're in the mood. Swimming pool area is well maintained along with the jacuzzi. The entire interior was incredibly clean with no equipment out of order that we could see, the smells were kind, and any guest interaction was pleasant. Would recommend anytime!

The room could have been a little bigger but overall it was enough space for a short visit. The pull out couch was a little uncomfortable.

Everything was very up to date, excellent customer service from every employee. The bar and food was excellent as well. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. We had a very nice stay.

Outdated shower; no coffee available except during breakfast hours; restaurant was overpriced and very poor quality food. Free continental breakfast would have been nice touch for cost of room. No listing of any hotel amenities in room (for example, I had no idea what restaurant hours were; no WiFi password provided; no listing of local restaurants that would deliver; no idea what pool/exercise room times of availability). Pool towels were very thin, small, poor quality (most likely purchased at local discount/thrift store).

I guess I've gotten spoiled by the breakfast buffets and I really do like those. This hotel did not offer that. However, everything else was fantastic so I pretty much overlooked the buffet.

Everyone was very sweet and accommodating, but what I loved most was the gentleman that checked me in gave me a room near the pool and exercise room and on the first floor for an old lady that meant everything. Rooms were clean. Very accommodating.

We chose it because of its proximity to the airport. Our room had the cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

When we went to get a meal at the small eatery, the staff person there was awful. She didn't look at us and didn't acknowledge us. It became so awkward that we walked away, left the building, and got something to eat elsewhere. The eatery was not that busy, so it was odd for a worker to do that. She was either poorly trained or didn't care about her job, and she certainly should not be working in the hospitality industry.

The staff person at the front desk was wonderful during our check-in process. She was helpful, courteous and efficient. The same was true during our check out.

The room smelled like peppermint when we walked in. It was such a welcoming suprise! Everything was super clean and the staff were exceptional! Super pleased with our stay! Did I mention the room smelled like peppermint? Honestly that was one of the small details that just made the stay 10/10.

We found a sting bug on one of the bed. There were spider webs around the ceiling and walls.

Excellent staff, good parking, beds were comfortable, the air conditioning not loud, and the bathroom was clean.

Coffee in the lobby of a morning and some light grab and go breakfast options would be greatly appreciated.

Outstanding location. Love the Bistro for a quick bite. Glad to see that they offered Starbucks.
