The building is on remodeling mode , breakfast was denied because we reserved by booking.com and on top of that if we had the right to get breakfast it was only for two not my whole family couldn’t get breakfast, they asked me for a deposit, not aware when I booked online, a small/medium snake was on our restroom, I noticed that to front desk the person on charge was sceptic so I went back to my room and took a picture of it, we get next door room but he didn’t offer me a discount or something else.

Messed up our reservations. Initially only had us for one day. Had to stop my work out to fix it. Never cleaned our room because they didn't. The person at the bar was a conspiracy theorist and rampled on about the beyond meat coming from a womans DNA. A horrible stay to say the least.

Was told my room didn’t come with breakfast. The door wouldn’t lock on my first room so I was moved. The heat didn’t work on my second room, so I was moved to a third room. The third room was good. Office staff was great.

very close to main highway which was busy 24/7 and windows were not adequately sound proofed so room was quite noisy during the night. also 24hr drive through restaurant across the road was brightly floodlit so we had to have the curtains closed all the time.

Breakfast was only fair, the room was very clean, air conditioner noisy and location by the highway a bit noisy, but all in all, the hotel was good. Wifi was spotty at times, but free.

Received a warm and friendly welcome from Ty, and we really appreciated it! Location was convenient for us. Free parking a huge plus!

The first floor looks real dirty the carpets are not clean stains all over the place I understand they had water damage due to the freeze in March but it would help if they state that in there reviews or update there pictures because it don’t look nothing like the pictures. The food launch area is close due to the freeze other than that we were were good in our room.

We found a lottery ticket in the bed in the sheets from July 17 we stayed there July 26 which worries me because I don’t think the bed sheets have been. Changed since then. The pool was not accessible because it was filthy and gym was closed for same reason. The price didn’t match the rooms amenities.

The property was advertised as excellent. However when I got there I was told that the pool and the gym were unavailable. The place was not clean things are falling apart due to the flooding that occurred in March. I wasn’t able to cancel. Young man there was very very nice. The room was OK. I just felt uncomfortable due to all the uncleanliness of the building of the amenitie
