We’ve stayed other years and did not have any problems. But the parking this year is as not great. Hot tub and pool always packed and the hotel did NOT keep enough towels at the pool so we had to go back to our room with NO towels

Location - no shuttle and no stores unless you cross the highway and felt the hallways around the laundry room and such on first floor were dirty

Our room seems to not have been cleaned properly as we found food crumbs in the bedroom carpet when we first walk in and the bathroom also seemed to have been hurriedly cleaned up as toilet tissue was not replaced , no shower mat and only 1 towel for three of us. Fitted sheet in both beds was inside out which making us wonder if it may not been replaced from the previous stay.

Staff at check in and check out was excellent , breakfast at the bistro also excellent, Elba was very accommodating and attentive.

The restaurant staff were not prepared for customers when we arrived. No direction was given to us after we ordered. The breakfast that we purchased was way over priced. The restaurant staff was not very friendly nor helpful.

The hotel's location was perfect. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and met our needs.

The place is nice and clean *but* they charge 30$ for parking and this is not mentioned anywhere. As they are located in the middle of the highway with no parking alternatives efectively they're sneaking another 30$ per night to the bill - very unpleasent surprise upon arrival.

Front desk called me a cab at 230 am and it was here in 5 min. That was nice. See comments above. I had just stayed at the Hilton Bayside, Tues- Thursday. My flight was delayed 3 x causing a missed connecting flight.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff checked me in but my room was not ready.. This was late in the afternoon. I waited in the lounge and ordered meat balls. They were awful, frozen fake meat, so I ordered corn salsa and chips. They were worse. After watching numerous people check in. I went back to the counter and found out the guy who checked me in went home. By now it was 7 pm. A different guy checked me in and I had a room in minutes. I have been a Bonvoy member for several years, probably over 25 years. I travel about 10 times a year. My husband travels at least 3 days a month. I am a very positive person. I am a problem solver. I don't complain. This was a situation where the manager should have responded differently. There was no apology or compensation offered. This was not what I have experienced in the past.

Stains on bathroom walls, price per night was not nice, in addition, parking was not free. ($30/night) for the month of March 2024. AC system was on the older side so it was pretty loud through the night.

Parking fee even though it was not a covered lot. Shower door closes automatically and can crush little one's fingers if not careful. Many features of room felt dated

In the room: Toilet handle was so loose it seemed broken, but I was able to tighten myself. Also the shower fixtures/soap, shampoo trays were practically falling off the wall. After making a housekeeping request (in person!) at the front desk, housekeeping never came when requested. Very disappointing! Other: Would be nice if The Bistro was available and open later on Friday & Saturday nights, closing at 10pm is pretty early especially on a holiday weekend. Parking should be free or reduced for Bonvoy members.

Initially a very nice check-in experience: we arrived about 3 hours before check-in time. But our front desk person was very friendly and helpful - stored our luggage, offered some good food options and alerted us as soon as a room was ready. Liked the room size and location. Breakfast and the other bistro menu items were really tasty and Starbuck's Coffee was available, which was convenient.
