the bed was too soft and springy for me and the AC made a very loud sudden noise.

Like the location (right off US 101), spacious room, and the cleanliness. The breakfast is ok. I like the Starbucks coffee.

Ugh. There was a college baseball team that checked in the day after we did, they were loud and rude.

The location was lovely, the rooms are huge and the staff was courteous and friendly.

The only thing two things we did not like was we could not get the TV to work and the shower was really hard to turn on but finally figured it out - took some man strength.

The location was excellent. We did not eat a full breakfast although it looked good. It was a bit confusing-only one breakfast was included but I think that was a mistake since there were two people in the room. We just grabbed coffee and a roll.

The room was too small for a king size bed that was rather oddly positioned in the room. It looked like they squeezed in that king size bed in a regular room… sideways??? Really odd!!

the elevator makes a loud noise! we weren’t next to the elevator but we were told the noise was coming from there. we hadn’t really noticed it with fan on until we laid down to sleep. so Annoying we could not sleep. Tried to call the front desk from the room phone however it was broken. Had to use my cell phone. In the morning took a shower and the handle in the shower came off in my hand.

There were two instances where staff was not very pleasant. We were returning to our room in the lobby headed for the elevator. There was someone with pictures for some sort of art show. She couldn’t get the pictures through the doorway on the luggage carrier. My father gave the woman the idea of putting a cart on the other side and transferring the art from one cart to the other. When she put the cart on the other side of the doorway a Marriott employee admonished her and snapped at her to “ get it out of the walkway“ Well I understand that having the cart there could be a hazard she was clearly just trying to move her artwork and I was baffled by his response. I would’ve expect him to help not be rude to her. Breakfast was included with our reservations. Unfortunately it was only added to one of our rooms by mistake. We had to wait in line to order then found out it wasn’t included in our room. I went back to the front desk and the gentleman there interrupted me before I had finished asking about it and said currently that “there is no complementary breakfast“. It turns out breakfast was included in our reservation. He did fix the problem and then we had to go back in line to wait to order again. I was surprised and disappointed by his unfriendly demeanor. I didn’t catch his name but he had dark hair with an orange color on top.

Breakfast was very good. The room was large and clean and the black out curtains were great. The bed was very comfortable.

I didn't like that they charged for $10 for parking but didn't take any specific information for my vehicle or provide either a secure lot or security guards.

I liked the service and SB-breakfast food from the Bistro, but the presentation wasn't great.

I was charged parking, that I really wasn't expected. Quite far from the downtown. When I arrived the hostess wanted to charge me again the rate. If I don't complain I was going to be charged twice.
