The fixtures were outdated for a newer hotel. Few outlets, no usb ports, a handle flush toilet that was finicky to use, a noisy vent fan, and a simple curtain for the shower.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. The shower looks like it needs to be replaced, very outdated, and breaking down. Had a bus come in at 9:30 pm with kids, who made a lot of noise in the hallway and jumped around in the room above us.

My main issue was that I tried to contact the hotel at least 3 times before our visit. This was to find out how the shuttle worked and if we needed to book from the airport to the hotel before we got there. No response at all. Just put added pressure onto the end of a very long journey!

Shuttle staff were great! Really informative & friendly. The bedroom was lovely and so clean. Breakfast was nice.

I though it was strange that when you turn on the lights in a bathroom it turns on both the fan and the lights. Maybe a placemat for the shower would be nice.

I told the front desk that I had already paid for my room through Priceline and they still sent a pending charge to my bank for $140. I went to the front desk to tell them. She said she would write a note for the morning people to take care of it. When I inquired at the desk the next morning the lady didn't know anything about it. She said she would take care of it and I would not be charged again. I received an email saying I had $0 balance and the correct original amount was listed. It is still pending with my bank so I assume the $140 charge will not go through. I just don't understand why the hotel didn't listen to me the first time and why they had no record that I had paid Priceline.

Had to buy coffee, nothing offered free at hotel. For a king suite it was a little small. Room was clean and that is what matters. We would go back.

always seems to be missing the luggage carts. The facility is nicer but is starting to show wear and tear, you can see light through the sides and bottom doors to the rooms letting sound In easy.

This is the best hotel for the airport and price. staff were great.

Make the booking adjustment on my rate due to my being retired military.

I booked through booking.com which is what the travel agency used. I was never given the opportunity to apply for a military discount which would have saved me $57. The desk clerk refused to make the adjustment blaming it on the booking sight. Some way to treat a 21 year veteran.

Just the breakfast! Everything else was fine. The staff was nice and the room was clean. I did not like the fact that the room had no USB ports anywhere.

The breakfast was very disappointing. It consists of beagles, toast, apples and oranges. Coffee and water to drink. For $148.00 a night on a two night stay. Very disappointing!!!

Shuddle driver was not available at the time I was told they would be available to take me to airport. Thank heavens another lady called a lyft and offered me to ride with her.
