Outside sweamingpool area closed, temerature 82F and sunny day. Induring reservation there was info about option of breakfast for 15$. Option not working in fact.

Hotel and location is Ok, generały. Nice, Ocean view from balcony. Nice and helpful personell. Alot of bars and restaurands around.

I didn't like the inside pool it was very small but my 5 year old loved that he could touch and swim like a big boy. I Wish it would've been bigger with a hot tub. I also didn't like that the bar and restaurant weren't open in the evenings.

I loved the customer service. They were very attentive to our needs. Everyone was very nice and polite.

Parking daily fee is about $2/day but parking tax is $15+ dollars per day. I’m not sure why parking tax is that high. Weather was nice, wished outdoor pool had been open in the afternoons for a few hours.

The restaurant was not open for business for dinner.

I have stayed here before and love it, that is why I came back. I was also surprised to be GUEST of the day and my regular room was upgraded at no charge to a suite. It was very nice.

some amenities were only available om weekends. room cleaning service was not available. they were supposed to come in our room on our third day, but they didn't. if you needed towels, coffee uou had to call the front desk

I didn’t like that you have to pay for parking, the outdoor pool closed too early, indoor pool had things floating in it, you have to pay for breakfast and it was not good at all.

The outdoor pool closed way too early. My older teens didn’t even come in from the ocean till after 8 and couldn’t enjoy it in the evenings at all.

In our opinion it was a little overpriced. It was a holiday weekend but we stayed from a Sunday night and checked out Monday. And breakfast was not included.

We liked the fact that our room was oceanfront with a balcony. The rooms were also very large and clean. The kids also loved the pools.

No microwave in room. Didn't like using the one down the hall - food was almost cold by the time I got back to room. When we arrived, there were food crumbs all over the floor in our room and there was a half-drank bottle of water on the floor. We reported to front desk and they sent someone up to sweep. Made you wonder if the rest of the room had been cleaned/sanitized. Also the chairs and table on the balcony were filthy. Looked no one had cleaned them for a LONG time. Ketchup all over the small table. Not very inviting - we had to clean them before we could enjoy the balcony.

Pool was very nice and the bar very convenient. Nice to spend time at the pool without having to leave to get something to eat. Proximity to beach, restaurants, etc. is excellent - especially like the quieter north end. Shower was great, comfortable beds, towels were nice and thick. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful.

Onsite parking lot was a challenge and additional costs should have been covered in "resort fees". Furnishings were dated but were clean and in good condition. We ALWAYS re-clean when we arrive but thankfully found no issues overall. Additional linens/towels were promptly provided.

Friendly Staff. Large bright and airy 2 room suite. Comfortable beds. Distance to the beach. Adequate outdoor pool and bar. Drinks were good and bartenders were attentive. Very quiet during our stay and views of the Sunrise were excellent!!

The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast buffet - we'll skip it next time and visit some local breakfast spots instead.

Our family loved the pool at this hotel - I think it's the best in VA Beach! Really fun for kids, with a small water "slide" and the rock waterfalls, and plenty of space so it didn't feel crowded. We loved that it was much quieter at the beach compared to other stretches along the sand, and beach access was super easy! They had cookies and popcorn out in the afternoons, too, which was a fun surprise! We'll definitely stay here again if we return to VA Beach.
