The area itself is a little sketchy, but all that n all still felt safe. Also didn't like that we had to pay for parking in an unattended lot with the gate wide open, should have been provided free. But hotel staff was terrific and food at the restaurant on site was good too! If I had to be back in that area I would stay again.

The hallways smelled of cannabis and the first room we were put in had been smoked in. The smell in the room was so overpowering and with our allergies, we had to ask for another room. The second room was promptly arranged.

The check in person was excellent. The beds were super comfy.

The heat wasn't working, I was there for the 2nd time in that same room and both times the heat didn't wow, I did call room service the 2nd time and they attended it immediately.

the food at the luncheon could have been better. They could have had more incentives to return. Although parking was convenient the cafe food was not the best. You need more employee's. I would return.

The employees at the front desk were polite. The room was clean and the facility was comfortable, but a little too expensive. The kitchen staff was short of workers and took too long to serve the group I traveled with.

Breakfast was limited for me due to lack of gluten free options. Wifi was not accessible. The staff on check in was cordial but not friendly. The staff on check out was helpful, warm, & cordial.

The room was excellent: clean, large, comfortable & quiet. The location was exceptional, easy access from I-84 and a short walk from the Palace, where we had concert tickets. Parking was very convenient and very reasonable compared to other city hotels.

The blanket is small for the bed, would have also liked to have an extra available in the room. Quality of the coffee definitely not great. On the street so can be noisy - lots of trucks and sirens

Checks the important boxes - clean, comfortable bed and pillows, hot water with good water pressure. The bistro downstairs is also quite good. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have ordered various items on the menu, none have disappointed. Staff is friendly and helpful The gym is small but for a short stay more than adequate. Location is downtown so nothing to write home about, but easy access to Uber to move around

There were some personal preference things I did not like. 1- no free coffee in lobby. Most hotels have this feature and it just goes along way in giving a little something back to your customers. 2- There were no tourists brochures in the hotel at all. Again most hotels have a rack with a lot of different pamphlets on what to do and visit in the state you're staying in. There was nothing and the staff couldn't even give any recommendations to do anything in the whole state of Connecticut. Seriously not one person could tell us a must see or do place to visit! 3- while our room was clean and the bed was comfy the windows were another matter. So dirty it was hard to see out of them.

It was centrally located to all the places we wanted to go to. It was a good value.
