I didn’t like that people was smoking right out side the rooms I don’t smoke anytime someone is smoking real stinks

A few big cobwebs in our room and the shower curtain blows into you while you’re showering.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The AC was very efficient and there was plenty of hot water.

Everything was ok

This was good location for us, close to highway and some shops. Room was large unfortunately the coffee machine did not work but that was minor. We had a nice dinner in restaurant, the waitress was great, all the staff in this hotel were very good.

Patio doors are very difficult to open, but it was too cold to go out anyway.

The room was gigantic and stylishly furnished. Loved the realistic, warmth from the gas fireplace and the huge three head shower.

Location was in the midst of car dealerships and gas stations.

Facility had all the amenities you could want/need, even provided laundry soap and dryer sheets at no charge! Bummer the hot tub and pool were closed as they were resurfacing. Restaurant had decent food and all staff was great.

maybe the air circulation, as i stated after taking a shower the whole room not just the bathroom stayed very muggy for a little bit. the shower curtain also didn't keep the water inside the shower very well so every time anyone showered the bathroom floor just puddled with water. we also had our do not disturb sign up but housekeeping still knocked on the door super early our first morning there and the gentlemen cleaning the windows were very loud and disrespectful to the thought that people may still be sleeping in their rooms at 8 in the morning on a Saturday.

the room was pretty cozy, it did get super hot and muggy in the room after taking a shower though. we stayed 2 nights and ate breakfast there once, the food was pretty good.

Walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbors very clearly. Hard to sleep due to sounds of people in adjoining rooms.

Coffee pot only made half a cup from 1 cup of water, remote for heat/AC didn't work, only one lamp in main area not much lighting

In the middle of the night, the room seemed very warm, and could not find a way to adjust the temperature. .. I did just open the window a bit, which took care of the problem Only rooms available when I checked in were on the upper levels.. This proved to be inconvenient as convalescing from hip surgery and stairs were difficult.. Although the handicap parking was very convenient --right by the stairs..

Breakfast menu had multiple choices and I liked the 20% off coupon I received when I checked in.. The server was very friendly and helpful in explaining the menu

Ok in room 205 not sure what you can do but when the shower is on it's like a fan blows the curtain and water gets everywhere! Ugh!! We cleaned it up but others might not and the water will damage carpet, wallpaper etc. we had to turn faucet towards back wall to keep water leaking to a minimum and wasn't a good shower for washing bodies. Also faucet was installed above the tile and it's very high to reach for a shorter person.

We have stayed before and will again. Had a great breakfast and a few drinks in lounge night before. Wait staff was friendly with swift service in all areas.

The bed was not that great. I think the mattress was worn out. I couldn’t adjust the shower head and it was spraying onto the floor. Not a deal breaker because the water pressure was very strong. Someone’s car alarm keeping me up at 1 am wasn’t cool and I got a weed smell in the early morning coming from somewhere. But that’s not the motel’s fault.

Very easy to find. Right off freeway. Clean. Great friendly staff. Very good deal on Booking with Genius discount. I would come back just for the food at the adjoining restaurant. Huge portions! Comfort food done right and the best breakfast staff. I am very picky and the last time I went to a cheap Motel recommended by a family member I was very disappointed.
