Chairs on private patio were damaged.

This was our first trip we’ve taken with our 3 year old dog and our 5 month old. The king suite with the private patios was perfect for us to feel secluded from the resort and have space for both our boys.

No one came around during my 5 day stay to refill toilet paper, bring more coffee, take out the garbage, etc. Bring your own shampoo and such all they have is a hand soap type pump in the shower that is supposed to be shampoo and body wash. Terrible stuff.

Rooms had private entrance. Clean. A decent place of sleep, rest and shower.

The staff was courteous but did not mention the available breakfast. We went out for breakfast before checking out.

This location is great . We were extremely pleased with the Location,the room was very comfortable and cozy. Definitely recommend it .

I prefer to have shampoo and the body wash separated. I did not like the dispenser for body wash/ shampoo in the bathroom. I also was expecting a little more as breakfast..

The room was clean. Hot water was available and the water pressure was good too. I had a very nice mountain view!

The room was a little small, but there was enough space for a large chest of drawers and a small table with 2 chairs. The wifi didn't work at one point, though I'm not sure if my computer was the problem or the wifi. One of the appliances didn't work quite right, but the others did.

There was a good view for the Value, showing the newer part of the property and the mountains beyond. I stayed in the older part of the property, which was basic but suitable. The room was clean, with lots of pillows. Breakfast was good, and included fun snacks like Mac n Cheese! The location was a short distance from town and the lake.

The continental breakfast could have been a bit better. The coffee was not very good, and the pastries were lack luster. But I was happy they had cereal and orange juice.

The room was great! The beds and sofa were comfortable. The shower was super nice. Everything was very clean. The patio was really cool and had a great view. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

There was only one set of curtains, so if you didn't want to be seen from outside you'd be in the dark.

The accommodation is located at the edge of Estes Park, CO, a short drive from Rocky Mountain National Park, and has a nice view of the nearby mountains which I really enjoyed.

The location is good. I have to wake up early and go to the bear lake for sunrise and this place is close enough to the NP.

Initial room was very small but clean and as advertised. Google maps doesn't think there is an entrance directly to the property from the road. Not the hotel's fault but good to know if you're trying to find your way in

We ended up upgrading our room to one of the condos and it was a huge increase in space and value for the price increase!
