Storage! There is no Coyote West sign at the entrance, on the door. We only knew by the name on the entry rug! We came front m a different direction than usual, issued GPS to locate. Advertise your place w a few more classy signs!

We were very happy with our room, location was very good. Breakfast was excellent one of the best it was included in the cost of the room. We were there for just one night. We would stay there again.

The location was very difficult as a solo female traveler. There were many times I did not feel safe walking 6 minutes to the hotel my conference was at. My heart goes out to the significant unhoused population near this hotel. But unfortunately for me as a solo female and the majority of the unhoused individuals were men and it was tough to be alone. Many times I was woken up during my week stay to hearing fights outside the hotel or people going through the metal dumpsters. Once I had my white noise machine on I was able to sleep though the night. There were a couple times that I came back to the hotel, not late, around 7 PM, and there were two people going through the small trashcan, a foot next to the entryway. I did also see a woman and her kids living out of a car in the parking lot. I would stay here again if I was traveling with my husband, but I would not stay here as a single female traveler again. It’s just the unfortunate truth that there are certain places that female travelers feel safer, and this one is just not it. I asked the person at the front desk to watch me walk out to my car and load up my luggage when I had to leave at 4 AM, because I was not feeling comfortable in the parking lot alone at an early hour. This was a difficult review to write, especially because I really did enjoy the food, the room, and the price. The staff was also very nice. This is just the honest experience of being a solo female traveler at this hotel.

The breakfast burritos, hand rolled and delicious! Worth the stay to not have a cruddy continental and something delicious and homemade . Some people say it costs money, that was not my experience. If you had a key card you got to eat :)

The decor was beautiful, in the foyer and in the rooms. Very stylish and so different from the normal antiseptic motel rooms. The breakfast was generous and varied. Really liked this hotel. Stay here if you can.

Although this hotel is trying, they can't get around the outdated bathroom without more renovations. The bathroom tub/shower area is in need of replacement, and the whole room was filled with the smell of smoke if we turned on the fan. We had to keep the bathroom door closed. Our clothes that were hanging just outside of the bathroom smelled like smoke after only a one night stay. This and the dirty/dilapidated bathroom are the reasons that we will, unfortunately, not stay here again.

This hotel is nicely decorated and tries to give a boutique feel. The breakfast was very good with many freshly made options.

Nicely decorated room, much nicer than chain hotels in the same price range. The breakfast burritos are really great, as everybody writes, and having a terrace for breakfast is a huge plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful, there is a decent gym, and we used the shuttle to get downtown without using our car, very comfortable and uncomplicated.

There was a weird smell I didn't enjoy each time we walked in the room. I'd immediately get used to it so I wouldn't be bothered for long.

The street noise was loud

The decor was so cute, I loved the vibe it felt very personal, safe, and welcoming. We could walk to downtown which was super convenient! The buffet had a lot of choices!

Room right above us had a leak and they were working to fix this but in the meantime it started leaking at the light fixture in our bathroom…Michelle was right on spot and took care of it expeditiously

Good breakfast, failed to get wakeup call. When I complained the desk person said they were too busy to call. Lame!!! Luckily I woke myself on time. Typical Santa Fe unprofessional attitude. Most of my interactions with other staff were good.

The road gives noise at night, Guests are loud in the hallway. the obligatory smoke detector light is located right above your head in bed and radiates a too bright light. This could be improved. Beds are too soft but that is probably a personal preference...

Great decorations of lobby and rooms, tastefull home made burritos for breakfast, all facilities available.
