Everything about the place and the location was very convenient. Very clean and secure.

Everything was in proper shape. Just one small suggestion: salt was in the minimum amount to be used for cooking/dishes. Also, please see if a small pack of washing machine detergent can be placed for the future users. The rest is absolutely perfect to impress anyone who decides to stay there.

We travelled from India to DC to attend an International Conference and decided to stay at this place as it is well connected to Union Station and Conference venue by metro. The apartment was excellent. The owner has a great sense of apartment interior arrangements. She even arranged for a hair dryer which I requested. Access to building, elevator, apartment was really smooth, without any hassle. There are shops and eateries in the vicinity of this property which are reachable on foot within 2-4 minutes. Took SmarTrip buses also which stops in a place close by. I would like to stay there again and recommend others to stay here with any hesitation.

Needed a instruction sheet about TV startup, also sheet outlining local access to food. Whether from inside or outside the Bldg. Coffee provision was much appreciated. step One, Two, Three (info outline )would have helped about appliances/adjustments like TV under control of tenant; however for me wasn’t critical. (I just didn’t use/require it. ) The initial front desk reception clerk—a temp—was helpful, patient re couple of initial access issues of type common in this new digitized world. Also the person to call when initially could not get in —one digit missing in code—that’s where human touchpoint essential.

The bed was medicore and being close to the rail lines, was convenient for travel purposes, but not convenient for sleeping into the morning.

I cannot think of anything we didn’t like.

My husband and I stayed at Cozy Apartment for 11 nights. The apartment, location, amenities and communication with owner were all absolutely perfect! The apartment was very easy to find and check-in was simple. I highly recommend the aptly named ‘Cozy’ Apartment:)

Good location for visiting Washington, DC. with train station nearby. Supermarket and drugstore nearby. I didn't look for restuarants so no comment on that. Convenient parking but not free.

I enjoyed my stay there. The apartment was super clean and well maintained. The communication with the host was easy. Be aware that there is a 10$ fee to park in the garage, but it worked out well for me because I could walk to anywhere downtown Silver Spring. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again if I visit the city.

I didn't know parking was an addition 10 dollars for the weekends, so just make sure you account for that. Going to the garage and finding it was confusing a bit.

It was a great location, room, facilities, very organized, and felt at home! It was also super clean and better than a hotel.
