Beautiful view of the red rocks right out the backyard. Loaded with firepit and lounge chairs. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful - fridge is loaded with cold water, juice and soda for the hikes. Coffee machine in the room and breakfast delivered to the fridge the afternoon before. Maps, hiking books, hiking equipment, flashlight, ponchos and even a red rock parking pass for us to use. A truly exceptional experience!

Nothing, everything was excellent.

Excellent location, not in Main Street and therefore very quiet. Plenty of restaurants around. Many trails to hike and explore. Excellent common area. And a backyard with a stunning view.

The breakfasts were delivered to our room the day before. Would be better if they were made daily in the morning. Wake up with a fresh made breakfast and coffee smell filled up the room will be awesome. Even so, the breakfasts were tasty and good.

The host, Terry is very nice, warm welcomed and allowed us to extend the check out as we signed up a jeep event on the day of check out. Location is very convenient, within 15 minutes to upper town and is right in front of the trail to hiking and is in few minutes to walk to Bell Rock by way. The hotel also provides the parking pass during the stay which is very nice.

The staff at Cozy Cactus went above and beyond to make our first (short and sweet) trip to Sedona amazing - from the homemade muffins, breakfast burritos, cozy bonfires on the patio, and being able to directly hike into Bell Rock from the backyard, we were able to have an amazing time in Sedona with only 2 days total to spend in town. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything you can imagine needing - I made tea and coffee everyday, and the welcome snacks were put to well use on our hikes! The staff were my favorite part as they treated us like long-time friends, and made us feel so welcomed and special for my partner’s birthday vacation. I would love to bring extended family here - I highly recommend booking this place if you’re short on time in Sedona but want the all-inclusive experience without having to travel much!

Can’t think of a thing.

The location was excellent- we walked to the red rocks from the back patio. Stunning views. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The hosts were generous with treats and with information- even providing a parking pass for the parks.

This is nothing I didn't like.

Our place was wonderful! The individuals running it kept in contact and sent me clear and concise information on check in, check out and breakfast options. Views from our balcony were stupendous and we could just walk to hiking trails. We made use of all the amenities - fire pit, bumper table (like a small pool table), community room with games and drinks. So very comfortable. This is definitely the place I am going to stay at whenever I travel to Sedona.

First time ever we walked into a hotel suite and started taking pictures. The decor was so adorable and the patio view of Bell Rock was perfect. The personal attention, recommendations, and attention to detail by Terry, Carrie, and their staff was amazing.

Outstanding choice for hikers. Breakfast burritos, muffins and coffee ready in our room each day meant we could hit the trails early on our own time and several excellent trails including hiline start right from the back door. Terry and Kerry we're excellent hosts, responsive to every need.

Morning muffins were a treat. Lovely treats were left for each guest... wine, biscotti's, cookies... Even a gift certificate for a restaurant. Furnishings, art, colors, all delightful. Patio, peaceful. Host, friendly and available. All in all a lovely stay.

Cozy cactus exceeded our expectations from the room to the views the owners were so welcoming and friendly they made you feel at home. The room came equipped with maps for hiking and a book with different trails they also provided a parking permit to be able to park at different trails throughout Sedona. We can’t wait to come back 😊

We loved this B & B. The host and manager were fantastic! The views could not be beat. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and delicious snacks. About two weeks prior to arrival, Elaine, the manager called and let us know that the breakfast had changed slightly. They would still offer coffee and juice and homemade muffins in the common room but were giving us a voucher for eating breakfast lunch or toward dinner to Colt's Grill across the street. Wonderful breakfast there and was within walking distance. We definitely will be back and sharing this with other family members!
