Inadequate blankets, towels, kitchen ware. I should not to do Landry after one night stay, so that all could bath. We booked for 8 people, however one or more had to wait for plates, coffee cups, etc to finish with before rest could eat. A lot of money for inadequately stocked rental vacation home.

Location to attractions was nice. There was plenty of sleeping space.

The house was just a little outdated. The bathroom linens could use an upgrade. The towels were very thin, but got the job done. There also wasn’t any lamps in the house, so the room lights had to stay on if we weren’t going to bed.

The location was perfect! Close to everything but far enough out of the way to where it was a quiet stay.

Clarify listing in regards to pet cleaning fee prior to booking. Upstairs bedroom could use a couple night stands. Just a heads up……the upstairs bathroom toilet could use some maintenance. The tank leaks off and runs water to refill itself about every 30 minutes. Not an issue just thought you might want to know.

One day prior to leaving, I emailed the owner and asked that my email be updated to the email on my phone so that I could get door code on phone email. He responded that he would do so. However, when we arrived, I had not received the code to my phone email and had to call the number from the property's driveway. After answering a couple questions, I was sent the code to my cell as a text. It wasn't a HUGE issue, per se, but if the weather had not been nice ... it could have been an issue. I would greatly suggest that maybe TEXTING would be a better option for the future ... just the code itself with no further information so as not to give information to the wrong person. Then, ask for a 1 for "received" or whatever.

The code worked well and didn't have any issues with opening/closing the door. Like the fact that the keys are backlit. That's very helpful after dark!

The fact that a roofing company worked on the roof one day. One of the beds was way too tall for someone of shirt stature to get on.

I didn’t like it took so long for someone to come and check on the ant situation they where badgot in our food didn’t get anything off for that

The property wasn’t very clean. They charge a cleaning fee and the people doing the cleaning wasn’t very good at it. We had been told that someone had left the morning before we got there and wasn’t allowed to check in until 3 to allow cleaning. When we got there at 5 the floors were not very swept. There was dust settled on many things around the house and vents for the heat pump where very dusty and it appeared the filter for the pump hadn’t been changed in a long time. I have an extreme allergy to dust and had expected at least the vents to be clean and filters changed on a regular basis.

It was a beautiful home in a very convenient location.

No chairs on porch and no grill. Could have been cleaned better, bathrooms were not very clean. A lot of light bulbs out.

It wasn’t clean a lot of Cobb webs spiders,floor sticky ants everywhere…not enough pots and pans to cook with…I’m from Ga and I love cooking.
