The property had EXCEPTIONAL views to wake up to each day! We loved that it was easy to get to without any high inclines to drive up. The property does not have a lighter to light the grill if you plan to cook steaks etc. so I do recommend picking one for that alone. Other than that minor detail we enjoyed our stay very much! Downtown is about 13-15 min. From the cabin but a beautiful scenic drive. 7-8 min. Is just the drive to get down the mountain! You won’t regret a stay at this cabin!!

Beautiful cabin with an awesome view! Everything as described. Very comfortable stay for 2 couples. Very well equiped kitchen. Hot tub was relaxing after hiking.

No washer or dryer.

Everything!!! The view is amazing, the decor, the furniture, the cleanliness. You couldn’t ask for a more perfect cabin. The drive up was fairly easy, 15 minutes from Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The only problem we had was the outside lights didn’t work I called Gwen and when we got back to the cabin that night everything was working.

The beds were a bit too hard for my liking. There wasn't a washer and dryer so it made it difficult to keep things clean such as towels. There were not a sufficient amount for the four people staying there. We had to reuse them frequently and it also made it a pain getting in and out of the hot tub with no towels.

The view was fantastic and the cabin was very comfortable. It had a fully stocked kitchen pots, pans, etc) including some spices in the cabinet. The Safari theme throughout the house was top notch. We really enjoyed ourselves and of course the AWESOME VIEW!!

Seemed to be many party houses behind us with loud guests. Ruined the experience of sitting outside at sunset.

Hosts were very friendly & made sure we arrived safely. House was amazingly clean.

The charcoal grill was decaying and the hot tub could use a thorough cleaning and fresh water and chemicals.

The view is phenomenal, the cabin is decorated well and taken care of. The local bears hung out in the yard for a bit and didn’t seem to mind us watching from the balcony.

No complaints! It was a smooth process, everything was exactly as advertised.

The house is stunning, and beautifully decorated. The driveway was flat - easy in, easy out. The manager was a delight, and filled is in on all the details plus gave recommendations on local restaurants. Working wifi and streaming movies for our evenings. Highly recommend!!

I wouldn’t change anything about the stay.

Location and views were great. House was spacious and clean. Host was very friendly. Seeing Wildlife was a plus.

This property was in a great location for stunning views and proximity to the National park and downtown Gatlinburg. The Cain was spacious and clean. The manager made sure we were comfortable. We plan to return again!

1. No shampoo / conditioner / body soap provided and stingy quantity of toilet paper / paper towels. The management company said this was the owners preference, and alluded to getting many complaints. Very cheap approach to renting a property, especially when our stay was pretty pricey ($1800 for 3 nights over NYE). Also inconvenient that we didn’t know until arriving…we could have picked some up on the way if we knew. This is a pretty table-stake benefit offering by any hotel / rental I’ve stayed at. We had to grab a roll of toilet paper from our friends for the last night - ridiculous. 2. Property is highly monitored with multiple cameras. The description says these cameras are used to monitor wildlife (lots of bears in the area) - however, this is not the case. We were hosting our local friends for breakfast tacos (they have a toddler and we wanted to provide one meal for the group), and had two couples and a toddler over with our party at 11:30am on NYE. We weren’t consuming alcohol or throwing a “party” by any means, literally just breakfast tacos. We get a call at 11:45am from the management that the owner had seen additional adults enter the property which was “prohibited”. Our friends left by 12:20 after finishing breakfast. The point was - we all felt so violated that the owners were actively watching us during our stay, we honestly would not be surprised if there were cameras in the home. We all felt terrified and extremely uncomfortable in this property. 3. Hot tub barely fits four people. The highly advertised hot tub is SMALL. I would argue it comfortably fits two people. We had four people in the tub, and the water was overflowing. When we looked to refill the tub (so it wasn’t running on too low of water), the hose next to the hot tub was locked. The management company had to come and unlock it for us any time this was needed. It was very frustrating. 4. They bolted the bedroom windows shut.

The location was very convenient to our friend’s property (5 min drive). The view was fantastic - we could see the snow kissed mountains and downtown Gatlinburg (with the nye fire works). The property had a good communal area to hang out and watch a movie or have breakfast.
