Booking.com was a pain, and made the process of retrieving door codes difficult. The host made up for it with their efforts to help. Only other minor thing was the couch is very uncomfortable, but would stay again for sure.

On Saturday the neighbors across the hall was pretty loud at 12-2 am but it was manageable just seems like They were having a party

Pot smell pretty throughout the campus leading to the apartment. Such is life.

They forgot to place some essential amenities'. Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap. But, it appeared to be missed by the cleaning staff. The coffee maker was broken, but the host purchased one and had it dropped off. Other than these small things, it was great!

A wonderful spot with a great host. You have access to the pool and work out area, and barbeque area.

You need a code for every little thing—to call the elevator, to push a button inside the elevator. I think that code is going to be ingrained in my memory for weeks lol. The main kicker: the second night, the folks below decided to turn their subwoofers up to an insane level. Since these newer builds tend to have paper-thin walls and zero insulation, nearly every horizontal surface in the unit was vibrating. This went on from 10 PM to 4 or 5 AM. There was a lull and then, bam, 8 AM the party continued downstairs. During these hours, I did what any normal person would do: stomp on the floor a few times (as is the universal code for, “hey, keep it down, please!”). After the first few rounds of stomps, there was some improvement but the music was turned right back up to “excruciatingly ridiculous” after 10-15 minutes. I went down there around 2 AM and planned to make a plea for a sliver of consideration; however, they didn’t answer the door (cowards). I rested on my hope that they’d eventually go to sleep… Nope. At 8 AM (after squandering only 3 hours of spotty sleep), I wrote a note and took it down there to leave on the door… I knocked, waited, no answer again. Left the note and, around 10 AM, the music was lowered so that I could only hear a droning “untsuntsunts.” In short, if you’re noise-sensitive and relish a normal (ish) sleep schedule, you may want to bring earplugs or something just in case. I’m still leaving 5 stars because it’s not the host’s fault that people are so inconsiderate.

The place is clean, inviting, bright, and stocked with all the conveniences of home you could ask for—even a rice cooker and air fryer if that’s your thing! The host was fantastic and, despite getting in late, answered my calls when I couldn’t figure out the keypad system at first (as a note, it wasn’t all that confusing, I was just exhausted and stressed from a long day of travel). The gym is INSANE. Two stories, 3 huge rooms, everything this gym rat could ever ask for. Stellar location — easy to avoid tolls if you’re in a rental car (and have the misfortune of having to deal with DFW, hah).

Ltd unmarked parking spots available for parking. Constant smell of smoke that was so strong had to use candles and fresheners to mask it. The housekeeper came super early and let herself in. I was in bathroom giving my 5 yr old a shower. I told her what time we check out and she left. When I finished and came into front room, the front door had been left propped open. The neighbors smoking is out of hosts control but the housekeeper leaving the door propped open was not OK.

Nice location. Easy to get to highway. Clean and host was nice answered questions. My son appreciated the snacks and I enjoyed the Keurig to make my morning coffee.

Bit of a maze to navigate Smelled like weed inside the room when the air or exhaust was on. Seemed unavoidable like it was in the vents.

Bar stool was missing pieces on the foot so it was wobbly and would scratch the floor. So we could not eat together there. The furniture was uncomfortable. Our stay was for medical so a futon is not ideal for relaxing. The chairs legs are wobbly so we could not sit in them and we are not big people. Again the style of chairs are not ideal for a relaxing stay. The property really needs to repair the grills. We had to walk across the property to use two working burners on a grill, n the rain! Lastly, every time we left and came back the apartment smelled like marijuana. We think maybe a neighbor was a heavy user. It just made an un pleasant smell on arrival. Note that “ice maker is off and has to be turned on, please turn to off position on departure”! We ran out of ice because I didn’t know it was turned off.

The property was clean and spacious. It is located in an area that gave easy access to food, shopping and hospital.
