The location was great. There is plenty of room for all 8 of us. Having the washer and Dryer was wonderful with kids.

The email that we were sent with instructions were very clear. We arrived a little early and to our surprise Yadir allowed us to check in early. Upon arrival, the Condo was exceptionally clean. The decor is bright and modern. We were very pleased with the comfort of the beds. The bunks were typical bunk mattresses but they were kids so it didnt bother them. The bathrooms were well stocked and even included full size shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and mens care items in both bathrooms. Towels were abundant and had a fresh scent to them. There is a full size washer and dryer in the master bedroom. The living room was comfortable, only drawback is that if you are traveling with more than 6 or 7, the seating is limited but we did not let that put a damper on our stay, we utilized the chairs from the table. The channels offered on the tv were awesome and plentiful. The table was set up beautifully with dishes and decor. The kitchen was AMAZING, I begged my husband for one just like it. They had dishwasher pods and dish soap readily available. There was a countertop icemaker that was definitely a hit with our crew! We ordered one for home before we even left. The view was amazing. The location was ideal. There were plenty of shops within walking distance, quick access to the beach through the back gate by the pools. Food is also near by. There is one pool that is heated located at the back of the property. The property has 4 hot tubs, 1 was not heated while we were there. Overall, this was one of the best vacation rentals we have booked. We will definitely book again.

We loved everything about this condo. Perfect for a big family with a couple of extra friends. We really enjoyed it. Super clean and right on the beach. I was able to see the ocean from the kitchen!! Not sure why but we just felt it was expensive (2,800 dollars for 3 nights) but it seems like everything else was about the same. SPI is becoming very unaffordable.

It was dirty. no lights or fans in the bedrooms, bathroom sink drain slowly, bed in master is not level, nowhere to put things in the second bedroom, no broom, refrigerator needs to be thrown in the trash. Feels like it’s going to turn over every time you open the door. Door opens the wrong way. Kitchen supplies not very accommodating. sponges were used, food on forks. Dishwashing soap looked weird. Window blinds do not block out light. We had three cars so we had to park one outside. I counted 28 open spots just in the front right side. I asked to pay extra and they were rude and said there’s no way I can park the third car in there. where I had to leave my car was very sketchy. I won’t stay here again.

While the complex itself is located in a great place, with handy amenities (great pizza, liquor store, sushi) just steps away, the condo feels a little far from the beach itself. This would NOT keep us from renting again, as it’s just a small negative amongst many many positives. Also, the burger shack we were counting on to feed the kids at lunch was never open while we were there. That was a bummer. The shared pools get pretty crowded, especially late afternoon, but that’s common anywhere really and we spent most of our time at the beach anyway.

This condo was perfect for our group of 10. Each couple had a king bed, and the five oldest kids slept comfortably in the bunk room. We really appreciated the open spaces in the kitchen and dining room. The view and location was perfect! I will say my favorite thing about this condo was how pristinely clean it was. There was not a single stray hair, or really even dirt or sand I could see upon arrival and I really appreciated that! Also, the owner was extremely friendly, easy to work with, accommodating and quick to reply to my questions/requests.
