Small kitchens, very difficult to cook for 10 people in there. Place is old and run down. Broken glass all over one window sill, dust all over the place. Needs a good clean

Plenty of rooms to have everyone in separate bedrooms. Heating worked well.

Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay. The host was quick with responses , very polite. I am going to definitely book again! Maybe one of his other properties. The color themes are so creative and cute! Oh yea! My daughter was obsessed with the bunk beds!

the upper apartment in the royal property has stair runners that could pose a tripping hazard to an elderly person. honestly nothing else really. this host makes it very difficult to write anything negative, the property is great.

i have stayed with this host multiple times and never disappoints. everything is always clean, everything works, and has everything you need to have a home away from home. this host has been a real blessing while my family has dealt with a trying time. i will surely be renting again likely this coming week.

Literally stretching here to find something negative, but I found a cracked coffee mug....I know right!? That is the only bad thing I can say.

Everything is clean, and there is everything a person needs for a stay. This is my second time booking, and already booked a third. Hard to beat the property and the company.

If neighbors upstairs are rambunctious could be noisy, but not a deal breaker.

Had everything we needed while visiting our person in the hospital. Phone and electronic chargers everywhere. Everything was clean and everything worked. Well lit, with the ability to dim the lights. Tvs are a nice touch, Fairly quiet from road noise.

Only thing I can think of was it would be nice to have a single cup pod style coffee maker. Didn't want to make a whole pot.

Adorable place with lots of room and super close to downtown concert venue. It was clean and decorated so cute. Sunroom on front was so nice. Plenty of sleeping and very comfortable beds and pillows. Location was great. Just a short drive or Uber to attractions.

Need to make sure soaps and shampoo bottles are filled if you are telling people that toiletries are included. A broom and dust pan would be nice to have also. The area is a little sketchy but we did not feel unsafe at all.

Working with the host was very easy. We had a problem with the coffee pot and Jaider had it replaced immediately. The sun porch was a nice area to sit and have coffee. The backyard was also a pleasant place to sit outside and relax.

The Ladybug was cute and very clean. it was large enough to accommodate our large group of traveling senior ladies. The owners made self check in very easy. They made us feel welcomed with our on line communications. There was plenty of parking space. It was an historic home nicely renovated.

A clean and tidy place just like in the pictures, a quick response to every question and every request. The place itself is big and I was very surprised by the size and the apartment was 100% furnished and everything worked as it should without any problems. I will come back for sure!

Everything was extremely clean, spacious and amazing amenities! The host was very tentative and provided very clear instructions and the location was central and convenient, close to downtown and all the major attractions. we will book again when in Cleveland and will recommend to others.

bathroom is major set back for upstairs where we stayed. it is off kitchen, tight and galley style. I had to sit sideways on toilet to keep from hitting my knees on sink cabinet. I am a tall guy. I would rate excellent if had better bathroom. Bed sheets were dark gray in color and had so much detergent smell in them we suspected them of being unclean. suggest wash with no smell detergents. Towels were burgundy and also had so much detergent smell that we did not trust them to be clean. Hence, we did not shower. Suggest wash with no smell detergent. porch was great seating area. However, I suggest installing seals on bottom of French doors to porch as insects could come in and they did,when we turned on lights in living room. They are very bright. Like what you doing. One other suggestion, Remove screen door at entrance. It is just a annoyance to get luggage in and up steps. It also distracts from appeal of side door entrance. It does not give a good first impression. on right track. keep going
