One light didn't work, the fridge didn't get cold. Limited to no ice available, soap and shampoo items were watered down and I think mislabeled. Also, the towels were stained.

The secure parking and feeling of safety

All the lights in the parking garage were turned off or burnt out. Not a single light worked. It was quite dangerous and difficult to get into the facility. The room was very hot and the temperature was not adjustable despite changing the thermostat.

I didn’t need keys, but the access code was not in my emails. The service rep was pleasant, prompt and helpful when I called. The pillows were great.

The amount of information needed prior to check in was absolutely ludicrous. I got at least 15 emails from Cozy Suites prior to our stay. They asked for a ton of information!! Their website would not take my address and stopped on the same spot every single time I tried to complete the form they were repeatedly requesting. I sent emails, texts, and reported it on their "bug/error" form with no responses. Had to wait outside at the property for over 20 minutes in the heat waiting for customer service to assist with a door code. There is no one on site to help with issues that may arise. Rooms are small, as well as bathrooms. Use of the word "Suite" is definitely deceiving.

The over all experience just felt like i was in a college dorm room. i paid 363 for one night given the location and the limited accessibility to restaurant convince store etc i just felt like the price was to high.

The bathroom needs to be updated and change from carpet to wood floors or the fack wood floors maybe even titles. It didn't have break included and it would be nice if there was some simple breakfast provided in the morning.

I loved the location, security is wonderful. I will definitely come back and stay again very soon. The customer representative was so nice and helpful. The most important thing was comfortable, I was at peace there.

CozySuites is designed for coded entry but the door was standing open--never locked. The small lobby had 2 couches, one of which had no cushions. The communal kitchen sink was full of dirty dishes, and the 2 communal refrigerators were packed to the brim--impossible to add any more food. The parking garage had a coded entry but was small and difficult to maneuver. We barely had room to walk around our 2 queen beds, tiny refrig, microwave, student desk& chair & wall TV. We were totally misled by ad "private apartment." After2-3 hrs.wait for CS to call, we left & paid for a comfortable motel.

The only good thing about this CozySuites was its location on Lindell Blvd. close to Cathedral Basilica and big Forest Park.

small rooms, it only offers showers these are not suites, even after instantly reporting issues they refunded only half cost of room. I was calling family asking for cash app due to MOTEL not refunding me

NOTHING THERE IS NO STAFF ON DUTY IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE YOU HAVE TO CALL REPS WHO REPEAT I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND, when how can they understand coming into a dirty room then getting offered another room wit door hard to open I travel alone so yes it was not a place to stay

The size of the rooms are much smaller than depicted in the photos. There was only one small lamp for lighting in the room.

It was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Loved the secure parking structure. No keys necessary all electronic entry. the kitchen facilities were always clean. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet.Large bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Blowdryer.
