Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaA wonderful, unique experience. The Inn is a labor of Love! Mike gave us a tour of the property, which was a former hospital. He also shared amazing local history and lore. The historic building is lovely, however the amenities are modern. Our room is bright, cozy, and beautifully furnished. We loved our get away to Cripple Creek. The Inn exceeded every expectation. A true treasure is a gold mining town.

United States of AmericaThe beds were a too hard for me and my family. I also wish there were a few more pillows available. The free breakfast was also a little misleading on Booking.com . As the $7 credit wasn't mentioned. Juices were also an extra charge. So breakfast wasn't entirely free. Which was the biggest reason why we booked at this establishment.
The property was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, roomy, staff was friendly and informative. The location was nice. I also liked that the food truck delivered our breakfast to the room because of the weather. And we had our own parking spot in the back.

HungaryCripple Creek is a bit off the trail, slightly distant from any nearby "attractions", which means at least an hour of drive (for Pikes Peak, or Colorado Springs)
During our trip, we decided to stay in the peaceful town of Cripple Creek, located in Teller County. Relatives have recommended the accommodation, and we were not disappointed. The staff was helpful and provided us with recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. Additionally, we enjoyed delicious breakfasts during our stay.

United States of AmericaShould probably have chosen a room with a king, rather than queen bed.
Had a bit of a challenge with room temp, but that's more a function of Colorado's cool nights and warm daytimes than anything else

United States of AmericaThe bed we slept in was super hard, so I wasn't much of a fan of that; however, if you like harder beds, it's the place you go! I do know there are softer beds though, because a family I spoke to that was also staying there said there's was like a memory foam soft bed.
It was a super neat place to stay, lots of history behind it. Everyone was super kind and informative.

United States of AmericaVery unique place. Hostess was great!!! My flight to Denver was delayed so I couldn’t be there by 9pm. After that time checkin is usually by phone. The hostess stayed there until after midnight to help us get settled and provided so much helpful information. We only stayed there 1 night but would have liked to stay longer.
