The pool area is so dirty mold everywhere cob webs dirt. Need a good cleaning in a bad way.

Dirty! No house keeping! Front desk was not always super friendly or helpful. As soon as I went on the balcony there was a joint sitting under the AC unit.

Location was good, kids had a fun time at the water park. Beds were comfy.

This is our third Easter in a row coming to this hotel. We love it. But unfortunately this year we found out they are no longer opening the waterpark earlier in the morning. We would always use it before we left out the next day. But now we would have to buy all new wristbands for our family of 6 the next day which it wouldn't open till 2pm...... but you have access to the hamtons pool and spa l. So there's that

The room was not clean there was pee and pubic hair on the toilet still and so much dust covering the TV stand and coffee pot in the room. When we went to the arcade half the machines just ate your money.

The hot tub needs fixed o the flooring and the water park is in bad need of updates. I also didn't like the fact that there is no breakfast at all !!!!

I wish there were more arcade games and that the water park opened before 2 pm. It is hard in the winter to find stuff to do. We had stuff planned, but the city canceled with no warning, so then it was a play by ear day till the park opened.

We love the location. The water park is always nice. Has hard water, but we are from the country so it doesn't bother us.

No breakfast but we would have ate at Audies anyway. The pool, hot tub, and floor around the water park could use a fresh coat of paint. This did not impact how much fun we had, but it would look nicer. The chlorine level seemed high as we all had burning eyes after a while.

The price $79 a night for a hotel with a water park, pool, and hot tub that were all open. The location in Mackinaw City is close to everything. It's off season so not alot of places are open but that's ok.That means less crazy crowds. Our room was clean, with a pretty comfortable bed, heater that worked, a shower with hot water, and big enough for all three of us. Did I mention it was only $79 a night on a holiday weekend??

We did not like the hours for the pool. We checked in in the evening and had hoped to enjoy the sauna in the morning. The pool area did not open till 2pm. Way passed check out time..

Our room was not clean. There was a dirty towel in the closet, and we killed two spiders within 10 minutes of being in the room. There was also some finger smears all over the mirror and some food or something on the bathroom door. The person at the front desk did offer two other rooms however, they did not look much better so it wasn’t worth moving. I just cleaned up everything myself. There is a giant hole in the wall covered up by wallpaper that like to have been wet, so I’m thankful it didn’t rain.

Very spacious room and hotel was right across the street from the boats. We could easily walk there with our kiddos and had no troubles. Wasn't able to enjoy the waterpark but it seemed busy.

I didn’t like that there were 0 options in the hotel for snacks or food. No airflow in the front room and was hot. Water park are would have been great if it were clean. Water was super cloudy mildew and grim in water park area hot tub and pool. Lack of cleanliness

Had to check in at hotel next door not enough help. Stayed 3 days room was not serviced had to ask for clean towel and set garbage outside door for someone to pick up. There were extra towel at water park so took them back to room.
