Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very dated. Clean staff needs to do better. Bathroom had hairs all over it when we arrived.
5 minutes from the arena. Staff was very friendly.

We came for Magic game to Orlando and the day after for Kennedy space center visit. Valet parking with friendly personal. Shuttle bus to and from downtown free of charge. Very good choice for breakfast.

Facilities a bit worn. But they were actually repainting several areas during our stay so good on them.
Comfortable Beds. Nice free shuttle bus to soccer stadium and basketball arena.Paid parking area for hotel well lit and feels safe.

Pay for extra stuff thats way too greedy

The second night we were there we had to threaten to leave and get a refund because they put a group of sorority girls in the room literally adjoined to ours! They were loud and obnoxious and I was basically told ‘ too bad’ until I threat to call the cops, leave and demand a refund. Then WE had to be the ones to move, not the disruptive group.
It was close to the venue we were going to and they provided a shuttle

Only take this if you are not planning to walk. It is not a walking way to downtown. You will use taxies. Shuttle was never working. We tried several times and was "car is under maintenance".
Hotel and room are well. Breakfast was ok.

The heating was not working, and breakfast was often cold
Myself and my husband stay was from 27th December 2023 to the 2nd January 2024. Our time at Crown Plaza, despite a few room amenities issues, was good, and we would definitely return to this hotel on any future holidays to Orlando. The level of service from all the staff was at a very high level. 3 members of staff that were exceptional was Maria from housekeeping, Tina in the front desk, and Leaford the Shuttle driver.

Outdated facilities but they are currently under renovation.
Approachable and helpful staff. Strategic location near to anywhere. Has nice and comfortable beds. Comes with a microwave, ref, couple of coffee pods.

Small issue with door keys took two visits to sort. Motorway is close but we didn't find it too noisy. Nowhere near Disney etc if that's your thing......
Location is 10 min walk from Downtown bars etc. We found that ok. There is a shuttle but did not investigate... Close to Lake Eola park which is nice.

Dirty grout in the shower. Had to carry the coffee maker into the bathroom because the plug in the "kitchen" didn't work. No flavor powdered eggs for breakfast. No silverware left at breakfast and it was only 9:00 AM. Horrible weak coffee in the room and at breakfast. No shower gel, Just bar soap in the shower. Facility overall is run down. Just looks its age. Walls are paper thin. Can hear whole conversations from the hallway.
Ability to walk to the Amway. Pillows were comfortable. Had enough towels. Staff was friendly.

It was just a little loud right next to the highway. Not something that you can change, but the street noise woke me up several times.
I loved the shuttle that took us and picked us up from the concert. Nice rooms, comfortable beds.

Staff was very friendly, particularly CJ with the valet parking (so helpful), Yalitza at reception (always ready to help), Ai at the bar (so hardworking and affable) and finally the breakfast staff (always smiling and welcoming) The hotel was in a perfect location for a game at Camping World Stadium. Great pool and spa We loved our stay and would go back in a heartbeat

It wasn’t that pleasant. The widows couldn’t be open and the room had a smell. There was no fresh air around on the uper floors.
