I did not like that the bathroom door in our room did not close or lock at all.

The property was in a calm area. The amenities were good and useful, Pool area was clean and warm but also very dark.

It was too hot, a climate control problem. We got a king instead two twins.

Location worked well for us. There is close by shopping and restaurant malls.

The room had pretzels on the floor that was from a previous persons stay. I was there to relax but couldn't due to the guest being put right next to me, they were talking so loud! From 3 to 6am . I do wish I had a microwave inside the room... just wish it would have been a little quieter

No microwave in our room specifically, make sure they do not double charge you if you already prepaid. I did call and it was resolved immediately and the staff was understanding and helpful when it did happen.

Clean, beds were comfortable, 95% of staff was very kind and helpful.

The walkway size and the lack luster cleaning

The beds were comfy and the water pressure was good but looked like last person had left some trash behind the furniture but nothing too bad just might need better cleaning. Also the hallway in the room was very narrow hard for my handicap (wheelchair child)

Not a heated swimming pool. Internet was intermittent at rooms in back of hotel.

Friendly staff and clean room - not to big so easy to find way around. Due to Booking.com error where asked fot twin room but got a double they compensated by giving us free breakfast vouchers. Swimming pool was nice but water was cold.

The rooms are old, and it shows. They badly need an upgrade. They try to keep it as clean as possible, but it's just not possible to do more. The cleaning crew also seems to have "misses": found an old room card on the floor behind the desk, a long strand of hair in the bed...

The staff was excellent. The right amount of friendly and serviable. Decent breakfast for a cost. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom outfitted with basic amenities.

The front desk person was not very welcoming. I had emailed months ahead of time for ajoining rooms and was told they could make that happen. The guy at the desk told us that they couldn't do it. He blamed all problems on the Booking ap. They clearly don't like customers booking on that site. We only got two breakfast vouchers - even though I booked for four people total.

The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The pool and workout area were good as well.

they didn’t clean our room even though we did not have the do not disturb sign on. Also, the water pressure in the bathroom sink was really low. We asked them to fix it but they didn’t do anything.

Breakfast was not included in the room rate, which was disappointing. It cost $13 per person, including children so we opted to go elsewhere. There was significant road noise from the interstate.

We were able to get adjoining rooms, which was our priority. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The fitness center was pretty well equipped and open 24 hours which was nice. It was convenient to things that we needed.

Carpet in the room smelled very mildew and comforter had a bad smell. Had to keep spraying lysol in room and on bed and carpet.
