To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

JordanLocated away from Columbus active area, you have to walk like 25 min at least to reach the nearest restaurant or cafe. House keepers did not clean the room or change the towels during my 3 nights stay which was the biggest problem for me!

United States of AmericaThe online photos showed a hot tub that wasn't there anymore which was upsetting, I picked that location specifically because I thought it had one to relax in after all the walking I'd do at the Equine Affaire. The indoor pool was nice but very cold unfortunately and had a lot of hair and stuff floating around, maybe the filter system needs checked? Or maybe I showed up after a bunch of people left. Breakfast wasn't awesome but still plenty of options, the bacon was really good. The guys working there never brought us drinks, not even water. I ended up getting a cup of milk from the cereal area to drink. I think if they'd show them to a table and ask their drink order before sending them to the breakfast buffet it would eliminate this.
The room was clean and comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, but wish the vent fan worked. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and affordable as long as you stayed away from the alcohol. The host working there was very kind and always made sure our waters were filled and kept the dining area very clean. Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful when my reservation couldn't be found. It turns out it was logged in with my name reversed. Breakfast could be included with your reservation, which was very convenient and saved us money. I didn't take any pictures of the room but I added the photo of my dinner because I thought it looked good amd tasted amazing.

Location was fine, did the job for one over night stay.

Food was overall fair. The menu was limited, and the breakfast buffet was not available. Wine choice at bar was limited. ALL of the staff was friendly and helpful.

All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. My keurig didn't work and one of the cleaning ladies came in and tried to demonstrate how to use it. When she found it not working she was sure to exchange it for a different one while I was gone for the day. At the reception desk, one of the clerks made me a quick cup of organic coffee in the keurig in their office. Much appreciated.

United States of AmericaI had to complaint several time about the tub drain slow because it was stop up. The only solution the three times they came was to pour liquid drain in it. Also their are some broking exercise machine that need to be repaired.
I liked most things about the hotel except two things. I love that there was security at night. The area around the hotel is very quiet because a lot of business is closed down. I wish they didn't charge extra for the breakfast

United States of AmericaRestaurant wasn't open for seating for no other reason than it was the "slow season". I ate from the restaurant menu in the bar but the draft beer was not in service. There was an advertised happy hour but i was told it was not in effect because it was the "slow season". I paid $18 for a pasta dish which was undoubtedly made with subpar canned sauce. Had to pay extra for a salad. I paid $116 for a night's stay. I was charged a $60 fee. I understand holding a damage deposit but why run it through the bank, It could have just been a hold. Three days later, still not refunded.
Nice room. Front desk attendee on the day shift very nice and the bartender was nice.

United KingdomThe rooms need a major update, the ceiling was crumbling and had cracks. The windows aren't very well insulated, which meant the freeway was noisy, and ice formed on the inside of the window. The bed had a big dip in it, which made it a little uncomfortable the first night. My last night there, there was a very loud party that went on until 8am downstairs.. Luckily, I was tired and was able to sleep, but I would have complained, had I have struggled to sleep.
Hotel itself was lovely, staff were fab and the location was great for where we needed to be. Car park is big enough that you don't have to worry about whether you'll find somewhere. Lots of eateries are nearby if the restaurant isn't open.

United States of AmericaThey advertised a bar and restaurant, but we were told that the bartender hadn't shown up and the chef hadn't shown up. No food or beverages on a Sunday night. Luckily we had a car and drove to Bonefish grill for a great dinner. No breakfast either. We went to a great place ,---- First Watch. Hotel located in a commercial office park, so there was nothing around (i.e. restaurants) but again it was a Sunday night. One man, who didn't have a car was trying to have an order of food brought in --- he didn't appear to be successful, or else his wait was long and we left before his dinner order was brought to the hotel.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and the bed too. No complaints about the hotel itself or the friendly staff. We chose this hotel because we were passing through and just wanted dinner and a drink at the hotel. Thank goodness we had a car, because no restaurants were nearby.
