Parking lot was dirty and dark at night, room halls were old and not very clean. The room didn't have a safe. Keys were malfunctioning constantly. Wifi range was bad and when it connected was very slow.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty and was thankfully included an the price.

The check in was very bad with a not very polite lady. The rooms are too old and noisy. I think renovation is needed asap.

The restaurant was very good. Location is convenient and very easy to arrive.

1.room cold could not get warm air out of vent, came to front for blankets .no extra in room 2.no fridge in room although there was a place for one, 3.booked 2 nights key good for one! stranded on 12 floor, called front desk , asked to hold waited 8mins and never answered , had to wait for cleaner to bring us down in his elevator as our key didn’t work, 4.needs an adult high commode, never seen such a low commode only in nursery school!!! 5.commode needs plunging , water backs up to seat level before going down,,, 6.in the information about the hotel it states that there is Hotel transport for up to 3 miles from hotel , not to or from airport ,but local 3 miles, we were relying on this,,,,inquired about this and was told ’wedo not do this any longer’ that is when we needed some transport and needed a taxi , not everyone does Uber or lift on one’s cell phone ,,,, 6.only decaf coffee available

the WiFi was very slow and the signal was extremely weak. it’s 2022 I needed a strong internet connection and this is unacceptable. I was in room 1726. I had to be right next to the door for it to work. Again unacceptable.

The gym was decent. the lobby was pretty.

We arrived at 4pm, 1 hour past check in. We were told our room wasn't ready. They said they would let me know when it was ready. At 5pm I went to the desk to check and finally got a room. I'm thinking if I didn't ask if still be waiting. The room we had (1835) had very low water pressure and the AC wasn't cooling great.

Love the location in downtown! This is also one of the few hotels with balconies. This was my 3rd stay there this month.

I had to change rooms after night 1 of a 2 night stay, as the bathroom was infested with bugs; they were running everywhere over toilet seat, wash-hand basin and bath. Room 2 wasn't well cleaned with pet food still on the floor. At least no bugs though.

I actually slept very well. Staff were attentive to room requests. Beds were very comfortable. Curtains provided good blackout.

the room was beautiful and we felt comfortable, but when we woke up we found trash by the bed that was not ours and there was 2 small roaches in the restroom. We got lost trying to use the elevators and we decided to use the stairs but the doors were all locked and there was human feces in the stair well I assume from the local homeless. If we had figured out how our the elevator worked and there was no bugs it would have been amazing.

the room was beautiful and we felt comfortable staying there. The beds were bedbug free and it did not smell bad or anything. I hate that we had to pay for parking on top of the room cost.
