Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The cable/tv channels were glitching the whole night. Also the ac didn’t work as well as it should’ve. The room never got really cold like it was supposed to.
Everything was nice and clean. Quiet, and good location near everything.

The hotel was disorganized. We were given keys to a room that was not made up, but when we complained they gave us another one fast.
It was a usual hotel close to an airport, with all the basics and very comfortable bed. The reception gave us the contact of the taxi company to book beforehand and we were thankful.

Restaurant is open only a few days and was closed the night we were there. The breakfast service is run by a vendor, and menu was limited to meat, eggs and potatoes options. Located on a busy street with no options to go for a walk.
Convenient location to the airport. We planned to spend one night at an airport hotel due to our travel schedule. Room was clean and quiet.

We were in room 1002 right near the car park, and there were trucks parked running their engines during the night which kept us awake. A couple of the lights didn't work.
The staff were very helpful and the shuttle bus driver was great.

Other than narrow parking spaces which motivated us to be thoughtful about the space we parked in, nothing negative to say.
Excellent location to airport. Room was clean & spacious, bed & pillows were acceptable, parking was plentiful.

Some of the lights did not work. The bed was way too soft.
The staff let us stay in the room until 12:30 as we had a late flight. This was very helpful.

The convinient stores and supermarkets are not nearby.
Good location near the bus stop that go to downtown easily and airport . You can go to the airport by shuttle arranging by hotel too. The transportation is convenient for traveler without having car.

I called ahead to request an early check in - advised yes, that was possible. Arrived and the clerk said Nope - they're breaking the rules. I overheard the clerk sitting 4 feet away offer another customer an early check in. I had to insist. Then the clerk charged our credit card 3 times for the same transaction.

There was a few minimal things. Broken toilet paper holder, someone’s greasy head print on the headboard that wouldn’t come off and the vanity mirror doesn’t light up and the bed was not comfortable to me because I’m pregnant.
The front desk was so kind, helpful and welcoming. La-La(not sure how you spell it) was wonderful and took great care of me! My room was easy to find and clean.

The aesthetics of and minor damages in the rooms. The carpets need a deep cleaning and minor damages to the furniture needs repairing. It seems like every time I stay here, I'm having to report a problem with the room. Also, the ice machines are ALWAYS inoperable. Such things not being repaired reflect a lack of routine property and room inspections by Management and Maintenance.
The five best things about this hotel are: 1) Location, 2) Customer Service, 3) Room Rates, 4) Beds/Pillows, and 5) The Cleanliness. Also, the fly overs by the planes landing at the airport aren't noticeable.

The front entrance area is quite noisey but in all honesty, it didn't reach my room and that's all that matters to me. The bed was very bouncy, but not uncomfortable. Again a minor detail only because I'm a light sleeper.
Entrance and hallways were huge, lots of room to maneuver your stuff around. The staff was friendly and efficient and the rooms were quite large, clean and had everything we needed for the night.

I miss the days of a full set of toiletries.
Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. And we were especially impressed with the exercise facility.

I hated being put in the back of the property in a windowless room. Never knew what the weather was like until learning out lol..
Every thing was good. I enjoyed not being bothered by housekeeping unless I wanted service.
