Bathroom door was crooked and didn’t slide close all the way. Was asked what time could housekeeping come in and did we need fresh towels. Made sure we were out of the room by scheduled time. Arrived back with lots of fresh towels but room was not cleaned/bed not made/trash not taken out

Food was okay and the energy saving ac situation was not good, Our room was hot just because we weren't in it.

The check-in staff was a tad inattentive and could have paid more attention to guests rather than their phones. As well, the lobby was a l ittle in a disarray with small childing running about, where I do not dislike children, I had two with me, the staff should have asked parents not to allow their kids to run about yelling.
A room was available and near the event at Morton's I was attending. For as they say, it is all about location, location, and location. The parking lot was also well lite which made me worry less about my vehicle.

The baggage storage was in an internal corridor on the back of the front desk.

Room wasn’t super clean, towels and wash cloths had an odor, I wasn’t a fan of the $100 hold on my account above and beyond the cost of the room, and while it’s nice to have a keurig in the room, most people don’t travel with creamer and sweetener so it would be nice to supply that, and they didn’t.

My room didn’t have any pictures on the walls and seemed a bit dingy, and dated, like it was ready for a renovation. 201. Bathroom was nice though.

One reason I chose this hotel was that the ad said Breakfast was included. However, when we checked in we were told breakfast was $15 per person. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

Not enough variety in kiosk…just snacks and drinks. How about an adding some sundries like toothbrush/paste; Advil, etc. things guests might forget to pack. No ice bucket in my room. No ice in ice machine. Phone didn’t work so my wake up call never came through. Only 2 coffee cups in room; no bathroom cups. Woman at Front desk was incredibly rude when I arrived; told me room not ready till 3:00. When I said I was there for a dance event she said to check back at 11:00. I checked around 10:30 and said I would keep checking—-she responded sarcastically “Every 5 minutes?” Terrible attitude for someone in hospitality industry…other staff were very helpful.

A microwave in the room would have been useful. The coffee machine was finicky. And there ought to be a lock for the bathroom door.
Continental breakfast, decent variety, quite filling, allows takeaway for people who don't want to budge from the room too early. Lots of parking. Excellent wifi, robust and fast.

The floor isn't that clean (I can see some stuff on the ground). I hope the housekeeping did a little better The towel isn't great either, they are not as clean as I would have wanted but it's ok
Breakfast is good, the room size is great for 4 ppl (2 queen bed). We enjoyed our stay there. We got to the hotel and went to dinner, which is great. We woke up early enough to get breakfast. Breakfast was not bad, especially the bacon. The bed is comfy. We were given disabled room, very gracious of them due to my parents' limp. Definitely worth the price for the location.

Add some personal items to your kiosk besides snacks and drinks…i.e. Tylenol, ibuprofen, toothbrush/toothpaste, antacids, comb. Also, have a safe in the room and a mini-frig. Add a bar or two in the bathroom; there is no place to hang wet towels or anything one rinses out.
Breakfast was typical of low-budget hotels. Location ok.
