The bathroom didn't look like it was cleaned very well. Someone else's urine was still at the base of the toilet. The bedside table alarm clock looked like someone sneezed all over it. I had to bring my dog and was disappointed how much I had to pay to have him at the hotel.

The location was great for what brought me to the area. I loved the options for food within walking distance. The breakfast vouchers were great in the hotels dining area

Super loud AC, no fresh air in the room as all windows were sealed. We firstly got a room with one window missing, and a telephone couldn't be used to call front desk. it took us a while to call housekeeping and front desk, to confirm the window was missing and requested for another room. Things could be done in a much efficient way with nicer gesture. Travelled with kids, but only got 1 breakfast coupon, while front desk said kids eat for free, restaurant staff wanted to charge me for kids (despite my booking included breakfast), it got fixed eventually, but would be nicer if it didn't happen at all.

Location is good, comfy beds. Better than other hotels in the neighborhood.

Location: can walk one block to Panera, pizza or ‘The Habit’ burgers. so close to freeway on and off ramps, friendly staff, very reasonable rates. The breakfast buffet was good and has slots of variety and the ‘Bistro’ make EXCELLENT pizza and delicious burgers!

Beautiful hotel. In the business district. Everything you need for an overnight stay or weekend getaway. A very nice place to lay your head. Reminded me of the beautiful hotels Ive stayed at pre-pandemic and pre world gone crazy...luxury & affordable. Easy choice for me. Thank you.

Vending machines don't take tap pay. A lot of the things there were old and outdated. Was expecting more from the name Crown Plaza.

While being in a nice atmosphere and indoors, the pool and hot tub felt aged and could use some refreshing. They were still enjoyable though. The TV in the room was very dated and didn't have many channels. All of the light fixtures and other electronics in the room could be updated as well

The lobby area was very welcoming and had a nice ambiance. The room was very clean. Even though there was a night club downstairs, it was very quiet in the hotel. Plenty of parking free of change and very safe feeling neighborhood.

staff was kind, but not friendly. Could have been more helpful with information about where to park and how to get to our room.

oh, I didn’t like that. I didn’t receive a complimentary breakfast just because I use Booking.com whereas in the past I have used this website and I received a complementary breakfast… I thought it was rude and why wouldn’t the manager just offer it to me out of courtesy when I asked ? it’s known on my file I’m loyal and always stay at the hotel..

The room was unbeknownst to us right across from party Venus the music was loud lasted until 1am. Room was so hot couldn't lower the themorstat.

Terrible pool, hot tub has apparently been broken forever, hotel restaurant acts as nightclub on Friday and Saturday.

Comfortable beds, good wifi, covered and plentiful parking next to the hotel.

the location is great and after a little hiccup most of the staff were brilliant and very helpful but there were some issues and some of the team wasn’t quite as helpful as they might have been

The first night there were a lot of issues with the tv service, so for hours we had no channels working. Also bringing actual room service back would be amazing

The breakfast was really good for the food they offered, but a bigger selection would be nice. Just adding toast would be great! All breads offered were sweet things. No toast to eat with the eggs and bacon. Side note….the scrambled eggs were amazing and cooked perfectly

More information on hotel facilities. No hotel directory in room. Could have used tv service to provide info on hotel so this is an opportunity for IHG.
