Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Parking was a bit confusing at first but then it was easy.
Free breakfast available, but very nice for the amount of time we were staying..In town for a concert. Everything seemed clean. The bathroom was super nice. Shower heat adjustable.

The pool towels are too small. They are about the size of hand towels.
Excellent location in a quiet area. Restaurants within walking distance. Walking distance to the Metro. The breakfast buffet is excellent—real eggs (not powdered), omelet and waffles made to order, fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, pastries. The pool is awesome it’s indoor/outdoor and it’s a perfect temperature.

Our stay was wonderful. The only small problem was only a problem for me due to my mobility issues. The building contained several ramps that would not be a problem for anyone capable of walking on uneven surfaces. An older person with balance issues might need assistance in moving around the hotel.
Excellent breakfast. On the day we were there, the Chef was taking orders for Omelets in addition to the full spread of the breakfast buffet. The hotel was beautiful and grand. Even though there was a School Prom taking place in the Ballroom on the 7th floor, our room on the 8th floor right above the ballroom was totally quiet. Being an older building in a downtown area, the parking wasn't extremely convenient but the parking garage was attached by long corridors to the hotel and the front desk validated parking.

The young, male white waitstaff selling drink tickets was presumptive, never said thank you for the purchases & acted more like a spy against the guests.
Guest liked the bed, the TV, my check-in clerk.

The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable according to my daughter. But, for the most part it was not too bad. For three people we needed more than two towels and asked for extras.
Breakfast far exceeded my expectations. Teba who seated me was excellent she was my kindra spirit she interacted with myself and my family. I left with the satisfaction that I will come stay again sometime in the future.

A couple of the games in the game room didn’t work.
We like the pool, it was very warm. The staff were all very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Drapes were off the runner allowing light in Pool was hard to find and took several different elevators to get to. Easy once we figured it out though.
Convenient parking, nice sized rooms, smart shower and mirror (so cool), indoor/outdoor pool, free and amazing breakfast buffet!

A bar would of been nice.
Pros: Everything was clean. Breakfast was very good and there was something for everyone. Parking was easy. The pool and spa was nice. The game room was fun, but half of the game were not working while we were there. King bed was comfy and the couch bed was big enough for the kids to sleep on. Cons: If you plan on having your kids sleep on the couch bed check it out before you unpack. The first room we were in the couch bed was broken. The staff fixed this by moving us to a different room with a working couch bed. We would stay there again!
