The thermostat did not work it was 80 degrees in the room and you can open any window for circulation.

The location is very nice right on the beach and they provide 2 chairs and fresh towels. The queen suite room was large.

The room that we got was not prepared for 4 people, so there was some running around before we got more bedsheets. Windows towards the other hotel rooms, so we had the curtains closed the whole time.

Water pressure sucks, water doesn’t stay hot long enough, activities such as the zoo and mall are about 30mins away costs a lot if you are using Lyft. Elevator did not function correctly

Close to the beach, has a lot of restaurants near by, friendly employees. Close to bus stop which is cheap.

The room and hotel are old. There is no view out the window except for the wall of the building next door. A friend, not a delivery person, dropped off something for me and left it at reception. They didn't call to tell me that they had anything for me but when I went down and asked them about it, they charged me a "$5 package handling fee," which was completely ridiculous.

The room is big, has a full kitchen. They also provided a nice baby bed for our 4 month old. Location close to the beach is great. There are also a bunch of restaurants around and Publix is a 10 min walk away.

The location is perfect. Right in front of the beach. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, even the housekeeping lady was very attentive with everything we needed. Based on the customer service we truly felt welcomed.

the view was over a parking lot, the laundry never worked and I got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes (they had to call the fire department.

AC generator on top of building and washing machine in laundry room could be heard at times when trying to sleep. I was on the 3rd floor.

charge you to leave your bags in the storage room after 11am . not able to get later check out for 2hours ,but cant check in till 4pm. 4people in room but only allow 2 beach chairs per room.construction in area, bycicles on path a little dangerous

For a longer stay I think it’s a perfect place, but not an overnight destination. We had a very energetic and vivacious welcome, but rather difficult to actually get the information needed for parking etc. After an initial very warm welcome the staff were very cold and aloof.

Faded was the vibe I felt. Decor has seen better days. No lounge or gathering place. UNheated pool. To get to the more energized South Beach area meant a free trolley or moderate Uber.

Classic beach hotel I’d say. Steps from the North Beach sands. Their junior suite had the right separation for privacy seeking family, two way access to bathroom etc.
