The hotel was very close to the airport for my one night stay. They provided a shuttle to the hotel. Just make sure you go to the correct Marriott. The room was quite large and very clean. They provided me with water upon checkin, which was convenient. The shuttle in the morning was prompt. It departs every 30 min. They have breakfast on premise but I did not use the restaurant.

There should be a microwave in the room. I needed it for my medication and heat pad and was shocked such a pricey hotel did not have such a courtesy. Finding business meeting rooms was extremely confusing. The worst I have ever encountered.

The location was fine, but the parking garage is very poorly marked. Very hard to figure out how to get out. Signs were tiny and the $45 per day charge outrageous.

I had to move rooms 3 times before I finally got a allergy free room. The king rooms are small and creepy, there is a hall before entering to room itself. I don’t understand this. Also the Wi-Fi was not included in the room rate, I thought it was per the description of the room. And they don’t tell you until you check out and you see the bill. $12 a day for each person. If you join their club it’s free. Shady. Nothing is included. For a classy hotel it was pretty sad. Not even coffee n the morning. I was getting coffee out of the machine and was rudely informed that it was not free. I knew and was going to pay. But to be so rude. Oh, parking is a whopping $45 a day.

It was clean and maid service everyday which is rare these days. Beds very comfortable. Most of the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, my son lives right across the street!

I wish they had more dining options in the hotel. With the exception of breakfast at the Lounge, the restaurant did not serve food until 4 pm but they did have snacks and sandwiches available at the Mart in the lobby of the hotel.

I love this hotel and have stayed there many times when I am in DC. The location is close to the airport, dining and shopping.

Nothing this is a world class hotel. Even the elevators were quick.

Exceptionally nice room. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. It was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. We liked the free shuttle bus to DCA and the walk under the hotel to the subway.

Was double charged for my room after being told yes we can see you have already paid and it took 10 days to be reimbursed. Staff didnt communicate with each other as we were given access to the lounge as compensation only to be questioned on more than one occassion

We e been coming here for years to stay whilst my husband runs the army 10 miler. We make an adventure out of it, we take the kids into DC the first day and husband runs the Army 10 miler the next. Very disappointed in the hotel, they know the Army 10 miler is run at the Pentagon every year and they are never prepared. They ran out of coffee and then asked the guest to use the coffee machine, well that tied up the line because the coffee machine is slow. They should be more prepared for such a large group. Also, you would think they would donate the coffee and fruit to the runners but they don't, they charge you for every little thing. They need to show a little more kindness to those running in this event for our armed service men and woman. They put a table out with apples and bananas, with such small signs and folks thought they were free to take, but they were not. Also with this amount of people they should have Morse staff to ring people up at the registers. They only have one self register kiosk. Many folks besides myself were frustrated.

Paying for the parking garage. If you are a guest, it should be included without increasing room rate or paying extra. But that didn't change our spirit. We loved staying there.

Everything was perfect from time we got there to the time we left. Stayed for the convention they had. Loved every moment of it.
