The shower set up is extremely 5 star. The cleanliness of the room is 7.5/10. Some stains bout the room. Due to recent storms, the TV was applicable and there was no where to rehydrate or eat. We checked in around 10P and checked out at 9A. My son and I did great well however.

My room could have used more towels for the number of guests in the booking. The room was also short on outlets and the pillows provided were too thick/tall to sleep comfortably on (two guests used their own pillows). The sheets and pillow cases also had stains but they smelled fresh so at least I knew they were likely to be clean. The cleanliness was comparable to or better than the budget airbnbs I've visited in other major cities.

The shower and bathroom area were relatively clean and I appreciated that toiletries were provided. The room was fairly spacious and the decor was thoughtful and more modern than basic motels/inns. The location was convenient as well.

As far as I'm concerned the only way it could have been better is if it had a pool. It was by far the cleanest I have ever stayed at. The front desk was always very nice with every call. And we had many as I was there prior to surgery at the Texas Orthopedic Hospital so we needed more towels. I recommend Christal and will stay there again. Joyce Aldrich.

It was not a huge problem, but we didn't like the way the lights worked in the room. There was no way to turn on the bathroom lights unless the colored lights over the bed were turned on. This was an issue when getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, and couldn't turn on the lights or it would awaken the other person. Also, no coffee maker in the room or even in the lobby, but again, not a huge problem.

The shower was superb!! Easily the best hotel shower we've ever had, with its huge rain-shower head and wall sprayers, and large, walk-in design. We absolutely loved that. The room was very clean and neat. Bed was pretty comfortable. A/C worked great. The staff that I met were all friendly.

Had to wait for check-in. I arrived at 2:15. Email indicated check-in was at 2pm. Had to wait 30 minutes to check-in. The surrounding neighborhood is sketchy.

Washing machine wasn’t working, so I had to go to a local laundromat. It wasn’t far, but inconvenient.

The location was ok. Was easy to get around to the main highway. Very friendly manager. Room was what I would expect from a motel at this price. Not spectacular but not bad.

most of the shower head lights don’t work, or work right. the WiFi is slow. the tv channels are either out or not even programmed on it, channel 18 is just heterosexual p*rn non-stop & that’s the worst kind of p*rn for a gay guy, for anybody really, I’ll take lesbian p*rn over straight porn. the male workers were actually kinda rude, and the other had an attitude or speaks like you’re annoying them. basically the women were much nicer, as well as the only ones to greet upon entrance. there is no clothing iron in the rooms, but a hair dryer. the remote to the tv would stop working. I wasn’t able to use my shower two times that I stayed there, I also dealt with some rude employees that seemed bothered by me waiting a long period of time for my ride to arrive the first time and for waiting on my paycheck to drop or for a friend to let me borrow the funds so that I could get back into a room. I wasn’t in anybody’s way, and I wasn’t bothering anyone. I kept all my things neatly next to me while I figured it out. It was extremely hot and they don’t have a lobby or the ability to kindly let the people supporting their business patient wait in or much shade. I’m an epileptic and can have a seizure if overheated. I didn’t wanna sit there anymore than they wanted me there but instead of making a problem about it, they could’ve allowed a later check out time, or allowed me to keep my room with the promise to pay later, because no more than an hour after that did I get paid and once again support them with my business once more. The tv remotes sucked. The vending machine only takes $1 bills, which is really unfortunate for people with coins or cards Some shower heads are badly rusted interior/exterior water doesn’t seem to be filtered, broke my skin out bad

I liked the night lady who works there, and I like the modernized shower heads w lights. I liked the TV size.
