We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe thing I didn't like the most about the crystalline is some of the housekeeping staff is very rude and not enough towels put in the rooms.
The continental breakfast that was available could be better. I believe bagels should be served along with cream cheese or butter. Or they should have a little thing where we could order drinks or food made to order.

United States of AmericaThe rooms are a bit sparse; fine with us since the whole point of coming to Asbury was a show and the beach, but if you're looking to spend more time in the room it's not the best for that.
All of the staff we interacted with were lovely; fun, helpful, and polite. They have a lot of items available at the front desk, and its nice to have the available coffee and light breakfast in the mornings. Ubering in to town is super easy but being outside of town was quiet, it's tucked back enough you can't hear the road.

United States of AmericaFacilities are a little dated, beds didn't have headboards (odd) and there were gaps between walls and fixtures in many places. Could definitely use an update, but for the price in the area it's hard to beat.
The staff were incredible. Very kind and accommodating! We got caught up at a work event and couldn't check in until 8 hours after planned (2 AM) and they gave us a late checkout without us even having to ask. Thank you!

PhilippinesSome of the appliances were not plugged when we arrived. I only realized that the microwave and refrigerator were unplugged when one of my friends said the refrigerator and microwave oven were not working; only the TV was plugged. The soap and body wash was only set for one person, and there were 3 of us; one of our friends backed out. It's a good thing two of us bought our soaps, and we just shared. My friends used the swimming pool but not long because they said the other guests drank alcohol by the pool, and not one of them came out to pee or urinate. There's a tendency that the more alcohol you drink, the more you pee or urinate. By the time we came out for breakfast this Sunday morning at 8:45am, there was not much selection for the bagel, and no butter or cream cheese was available. We went out for breakfast instead!
I like the motel because it's near Asbury Park beach and other business establishments like grocery, restaurants, and fast-food places. The motel is comfortable, and we were on the first floor, as I requested. We liked our room and its location. The little patio by the sliding door was perfect for some of us who smoke since the rooms are smoke-free.There is also enough parking space for guests.
