The furniture in the Condo is old and really needs to be updated. The couches were worn and patio furniture could use newer pillows for the price. The carpet in the condo is old and should be removed.

The property was in a great location right on the beach! Amazing views! Close to shopping and lots of restaurants!

Beds need new mattresses. Master bed has two divets that made it very hard to get comfortable or fall asleep. Key code wasn't given to us upon arrival and had to receive it the next day after we couldn't enter our room.

All the good parking places in the parking deck were reserved for condo owners. I didn't really like that.

Location was great, the view was amazing, and there were no problems with the condo. Nothing broke, everything worked as it should, and was very clean.

the dishwasher has been damaged and the door on it was bent in at the bottom. whenever you tried to wash dishes water would come out from the bottom of the door and water would go in the floor.

The dryer wasn’t staying shut, which meant it wasn’t running. We were able to put a heavy object against the door to keep it shut so we could dry our clothes, but it was just a little inconvenient. One of the beds was very uncomfortable (not the one in the room facing the water) so we woke up sore every morning.

Loved the amenities, it was right on the water, views from the living room and bedroom were amazing, location was perfect, nicely decorated, and comfortable.

The beds were not comfortable, you could tell the mattresses were old. There was mold in the cabinets above the microwave.

Loved that it was right on the beach. Loved how the patio had plenty of furniture!

The reeking smell of spoiled seafood/shrimp in the refrigerator, freezer, and ice permeated the food placed in the fridge and the air throughout the condo. I was VERY disappointed when I contacted Hosteeva by text and heard NOTHING until I called the following day. I’ve asked for a financial compensation but was only offered 15%. This is the 2nd time I’ve explained the situation and I will ignore any further requests to change my rating until this is resolved!

Furnishings could be updated a bit. They are serviceable but a little worn.

The location was perfect! We could easily see and hear the waves rolling onto the beach from our balcony. Location of the condo is very good. It’s within walking distance to stores with necessities and to a good local long established restaurant. This unit was very well stocked.

The beds were horrible. Had a hard time sleeping, kept rolling to the center. Not just 1 bed, both beds and the couch bed.

The code that was sent to me in email did not work for pool or beach access. I called on Monday night, Did not get a call with new code until Thursday, we left on Friday morning. We had to have someone else let us in to beach or pool. Also only one elevator was working in two different occasions that week, I am still recovering from knee surgery so it was very difficult to take stairs.

The bedding in one room was not clean and the counter top in the kitchen on one side was not clean. So I had to strip the bed and wash bedding, very disappointing.

The ocean view and the location was great. I've never rented a condo that provides more than 1 day of coffee, soap , tissue paper and paper towels. Loved this!

The furniture on the patio was pathetic! The door going out to the patio you could barely get open! The dishwasher was not mounted or usable with the door caved in! Black mold on the vents in the bathroom! I've seen better livingroom furniture on the side of a road! Other various repairs that needed to be done! This was the most I've spent for the worst condo I've ever stayed in!!!! I actually left a day early I was at disappointment....

The property complex itself was nice although the elevators were continuously broke still
