Breakfast was disappointing. limited on choice and portion. juice was limited to one 4 oz cartoon. My wife is vegan and gluten-free and they had no fruit or oatmeal as an option. It felt like a school cafeteria as you had to stand in line to ask for a selection of hashbrowns, sausage, scrambled eggs, or pancakes—no seconds and only one 4oz orange or apple juice. No cable TV, only digital channels, had to go to each channel to see what was playing in real time.

The one thing I didn’t like was there was no elevator, but that’s something I didn’t look further into when booking, so that is on me. If you’re someone who can’t do stairs or traveling with extra luggage this is something to keep in mind when booking.

Room was spacious and plenty of outlets to charge devices. Overnight was pretty quite didn’t hear much of anything at all until maybe in the morning with traffic going by(our room did face the entry road), but even then it wasn’t bad. Other reviews stated planes were heard during their stay, I can say we didn’t hear not one plane, unless we were outside going to the car. The property was very easy to get to and right near off/on ramps to the freeway, to get to our destinations for this trip.

The sink is outside the bathroom, making it awkward for user. The bathroom is clean but is not well-stocked with towels and/or toiletries, such as hand lotion, shower cap.

The place offers quite decent breakfast. The breakfast room is well placed and organized. The pool and the tables by the pool, make a good setting for my trip. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The only problem we had were the guests next door on our last night. They were very loud in their room and came out into the hall talking loudly around 3:00 A.M. I did speak to them they apologized but did not quiet down in the room. I understand this was out of the hotels control.

The breakfast good appreciated the cooked breakfast. The location was good for what we had planned.

Was little disappointed with the breakfast. The pancakes tasted like it was frozen and then warmed up a little too long, so it had a rubbery texture. The kind you get from the frozen section of the grocery store. Eggs had no taste, and the orange juice was terrible. Took a sip and spat it out. I ended up not eating the meal after tasting each item. But the staff was really nice.

The size of the room was better than expected. Love that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I would definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed here 7-8 nights. I keep hoping the keys won’t be an issue, but they are EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. You get to your room, the keys don’t work, you have to go the front office. Again and again. The parking is extremely tight. They also do a car rental operation there, and that sucks up parking spaces. The homeless, higher than a kite druggies are everywhere. It would be nice if they offered security. Checking out is very inconvenient. I always leave between 3-4 in the morning. The lobby is locked, and there is not a key drop. With the transients around, it’s not safe, hence the lock up the lobby. They phone they had you use to have someone open the lobby has been broken for months. I won’t be staying here again. Not safe for me. Oh, the cleaning products are so strong and smelly. Like a really lousy motel 6. When I stay at a Hilton, Marriott or good hotel, they don’t smell.

I have to call the front office every time to get a copy of the credit card payment. This is the 3rd time. I kept asking them to put me in the system so that the payment is emailed to me.

Big gap under the entrance room door....had to cover with a shirt to keep bugs out.... planes of course are loud. Also the customer checking in before me was booked into a room that was already given to a family... so that was scary abit. That customer walked in on that family sleeping.

The sensor light on the room, we couldnt move at night while sleeping because the dam light would turn on.. super annoying and the fact that housekeeping will only go clean if you stay there more than 7days. We where there 3 nights with a toddler and you can just imagine.

The location and the outside was beautiful, staff was friendly.
