    The mattresses need an upgrade in my option. The dishwasher needs to be repaired/replaced and the door kept falling off to the floor when you opened it. The physical place was just fine for the nightly price. One thing is we accidentally left 2 pieces of luggage in the downstairs basement. 100% our fault but as soon as we got back to Denver we reached out to the management company several times and it has now been 4 days and they have never confirmed it has been found. Kept saying they are trying to get in touch with the local team. Since we are an hour away my husband went back up there and retrieved the luggage as the lockbox code still worked. Looks like the house had been cleaned already so the local team/cleaning staff had found it and brought it upstairs. If we had been out of state or farther away we would never have gotten it back. Again, our fault for forgetting it in the first place.

    The location was excellent. So close to Silverthorne for my kids and husband to go skiing at both Keystone and Breckenridge. Loved how the basement had all of the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I loved that it had a garage.

    Small water heater Housekeeping showed up right at 10. Wasnt quite out the door.

    There is no customer service. We had picked this location because it was *no pets* but upon arrival we saw pet hair everywhere and on every piece of furniture. We called customer support twice and were told property management would contact us but never did. My mother had an allergic reation to the pet hair and we had to take her to the urgent care to make sure all was good. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL NEEDS. YOU PREPAY AND THATS IT. THERE IS NOOO CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD A BIG VACASA LLC OFFICE RIGHT DOWN THE STREET AS THEY MANAGE MANY PROPERTIES THERE!!!!

    Location was nice and house had everything essential that we needed
