My biggest complaint was that we weren't allowed to use our shibumi shade at the beach. I understand that the HOA doesn't allow it and we were provided chairs and an umbrella, but NO WHERE in the booking process was that mentioned. It mentioned the private beach and needing the pass to be on the beach and beach service being included during certain months but never said anything about only allowing umbrellas. There was one line in the rental agreement after booking but it was short and vague. If I had known ahead of booking, I may not have booked here. It was our first time in Destin & we saw the signs in many places so I believe this is a normal practice, but it was disheartening to this pale mama that sunburns super easily & babies that unfortunately inherited their mama's complexion. Also, this place could use a REALLY good DEEP clean! Overall, the place was clean but it neeed some extra TLC than the cleans between renters. Our feet/slippers were black after walking around for just a couple hours & the carpet in the bedroom is 2 toned, but not designed that way. And, we couldn't figure out the overhead lights with ceiling fans, either they didn't work or they needed batteries in the remote/remote was missing? However, they did have a couple of oscillating fans in the unit, so it wasn't a big deal for us. We also had trouble connecting to the wifi, but it was because the email had different information than what was on the modem & we later saw, written on the welcome letter inside the unit. Once I had the correct information, it connected right away, although our service was slow, even with the wifi connected.

The view was incredible & access to the beach was quick & easy! The weather wasnt the best but we enjoyed being able to sit in the living room with the door open, see the view, hear the waves and feel the breeze!! Overall, we are very happy with our stay!

Roaches and downstairs neighbors kept leaving notes to our door that my 2 and 4 year olds are making noises, what can I do? They are small kids. Main bathtub was also clogged.

Only one tv had streaming services and it wasn’t the living room tv. The cable/remotes were difficult to operate. Probably also won’t stay in a 3rd floor unit if we come back but we would absolutely come back.

Location was perfect. The condo was beautiful and so spacious. Easy check in/out. Provided us with some laundry detergent which was nice.

The room with the twin beds is basically a closet. It doesn’t have a vent or window so it was hot. There was a fan in the room but it didn’t provide much assistance. The floor needed mopping, sand is to be expected but the floor was dirty.

The view was wonderful! The place was tidy for the most part. It sleeps a lot of people comfortably for the size. The AC worked great.

Replace the stained carpet. Replace stained couches. Get roach control in the kitchen.

Upstairs people noise. Kid running early morning and night. Chairs scrapping the floors. Up until midnight and early as 7 am would like to have had at least 2 towels per person. I had to do laundry more than I did at home. Pans were nasty. I went and bought steel wool just to clean them. Noticed dust on bar area.

A couple of larger skillets for cooking. I was desperate for a broom and dust pan as the sand with 10 people was a lot. Glass sliding doors need some work. One wud not open at all and the other was very difficult to open.

The view was amazing. Loved that we had an umbrella and chairs very important. Being able to wash clothes was great. Loved that we had ceiling fans and the A/C worked great.

It was very easy to hear neighbors above us do EVERYTHING. They were very loud as well and kept moving chairs all over the place.

The view was amazing and there is private parking. Very easy to check in and out.

We arrived early and there was no way to get in early. At most of my other rentals if I called due to early arrival we have always been allowed in if the room was ready. This was a no early arrival exception.

We loved being by the ocean. Easy access to the beach and attractions that we wanted to see. Very quiet and the neighbors as well as the people in town were very friendly. The view was beautiful.

At first we couldn't find extra towels. We should have brought some blankets, as what was provided was not sufficient. We didn't report it. They may have fixed it if we had.

The view and location can't be beat. The rooms and furniture were actually a little better than pictured. We didn't stay long, but were ver comfortable, and couldn't hear any of our neighbors.

We weren't allowed to check in until 4 PM so we stalled around until then & got there around 4:30 & none of the pins or pass codes would work, so I had to call customer service which took another 15 minutes or so to get everything reset for us to get in which was frustrating after stalling all day long! - It was irritating because they said that if we tried checking in at 3:59 it would not open the door until exactly 4 o'clock, which is so stupid, especially after we couldn't even get in till almost 5 o'clock, so to me this is a stupid & was bad customer service, because they don't have things working properly, absolutely ridiculous, did not help us start our vacation off with a good start!!! - If you have these kind of regulations then you should make damn sure that your system works probably!!!!!! - I guess this just proves why it's better to stay in hotels but because they were at least let you check in early and you never have a problem checking in and there's people on property to take care of you especially if you have an issue with the room or cleanliness you're going to get taken care of right then, I realize now much it sucks when you're dealing with off sight property managers & maintenance & cleaning!!! The bathtub had Mold all around the top next to the walls & under the dish holder & then some of the tiles, this was disgusting! - One of the toilets look like it it overflowed or whatever & run down the outside of the bowl & it was not completely cleaned off of it, this was also very disgusting!! - WHAT UPSETS ME THE MOST ABOUT THIS IS Y'ALL HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE US ($121 CLEANING FEE) WHICH IS OUTRAGEOUS ESPECIALLY SINCE WE FOUND THESE DIRTY AREAS JUST NASTY!! -- I WISH I KNEW HOW I COULD HAD THE PICTURES THAT I TOOK OF WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!

We loved that it was right on the beach and had private beach access. Beds were comfortable, room was clean.

The couch pull out did not work so we were short some of our sleep area, it was reported and was not repaired during our 4 day stay so one of our party had to sleep on a couch instead of a bed as advertised in the booking.
