You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaIt states you get a free breakfast in the morning. I stayed 2 nights and there was never a full breakfast. The first morning there were only eggs , no sausage and gravy , no biscuits, no sausage or bacon. The second morning only eggs and gravy .
It’s in a very convenient location .

United States of AmericaAssumed they would have an airport shuttle. They do not. Had to spend an extra $50 to keep rental car so I could get to airport. This in spite of the marketing that suggest that proximity to airport is a good thing. But only if you have a car.

United States of AmericaIt was a shortage in the outlet that controls the lights, shower water was cold, door gets stuck or doesn’t close properly, and chipped chipped furniture/walls for the cost for one night was not worth it.
It had free breakfast, staff and guest were friendly, close to many shopping centers, and it was clean.

United States of AmericaThe entire nightstand console had no power, the lamp and clock didn’t work because they weren’t plugged in. I looked and there were no electrical outlets in the wall that the furniture was up against, so nothing could be plugged in, the cords couldn’t reach to any outlet. The bulky furniture was just there “for show.” The bathroom toilet had pee all over the seat when I arrived, even though the maids had just cleaned the bathroom and I could smell floor cleaner. Evidently they forgot to do the toilet. There was a pink substance (could have been lipstick) that had been dropped on the floor and was around the door handle also.
The breakfast was not open at 5 am when I needed to eat before my flight. It would have been helpful if at least prepackaged snacks were an available option.

United States of AmericaRoom was smelly and everyone was complaining about wifi being slow and it was. No hot tub even though it was shown in the pictures. Not much breakfast some eggs and sausage and cold cereal. I'm retired Marine Infantry so it doesn't take much to make me happy but won't go back there.
The breakfast lady was nice and very helpful and a lady who had her arm in a sling came over to talk and was cheerful. Besides that nothing else.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was not at all what I would expect from a hotel that is supposed to be one of the better chains in the country. We were on the first floor and when it rained. (It did rain very hard) out room got wet from some sort of leak. One of the biggest problems I have and this is with any hotel I've stayed at recently is the amount of people that seem to have made the hotel a at least semi permanent housing. The bed was very uncomfortable. Very worn out. My wife and I did not sleep well at all. Also there was noise outside our room in the hall on and off all night long.
The room was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the spa tub. The staff was friendly.
