It's a tiny room like living in a tiny house. By grade for one person I can't imagine two

The host could not have been nicer and more helpful. She took my suitcase to my room for me and when I left her husband came and carried all my stuff to my Uber. She asked me if I needed anything and I said a coffee pot and she went to Walmart and bought me a brand new coffee pot. Very very accommodating.

communication upfront about how to get in was excellent. Very well lit and secure grounds. Fixtures in bathroom and kitchenette seemed brand new. Soap and hair products were set out. Towels could be better to match the quality of everything else, but maybe people take them. Bed was very comfortable, good pillows. Linens were so-so. Good TV. Good AC unit. Fridge, microwave and kitchen supplies. Single burner hot plate is kinda useless, double burner would be better. Cleanliness overall is top of the line. You won’t find much better. Location is near airport, that’s about it. Location is what it is. People know that going in. Nice laid back residential neighborhood. Excellent convenience store one block away.

walls are literally paper thin. also floors shake when neighbouring unit has people walking around, which woke me up around 5.30am. then I heard about 30’ of a couple argueing in another unit

the alleyway to the room was a bit dark and daunting. the thin walls meant you heard people next door. could hear the train at 1:13am as the room wasn’t very sound proof

it was close to the airport so a great drop off after a long flight with self check in and the owners being contactable 24 hours via text. they were very informative and check in was easy. the set up is small but effective with everything you need. it suited our stay perfectly as a place to rest our heads for the night.

The wifi name and password I was provided (via electronic message) were incorrect. This actually cost me $10, since I'm on international roaming and had to use data (also the fault of an outrageous phone company). The host was very kind and apologetic about the mistake and acted right away to fix it, so that was lovely. Still, was a bummer to be forced to use roaming charges. Another minor point - there were plates/cups etc, but no bowl, which would have been useful.

The host was very responsive, kind, and helpful, which was key. The location was very helpful for a quick ride to the airport for a really early flight. Instructions to get in and set up were also very clear and straightforward.

I liked the security code on the gate then when you enter the gate the front door also had a security code along with dead bolt inside. I felt pretty safe. We also had our own entrance into our efficiency. The place was also very clean despite there being a lot of flies. We forgot our shampoo and they had some available. There were other efficiencies nearby with shared wall but we did not hear them. Finally price for 2 nights was the best, half the price of the hotels nearby.

There were a lot of flies, no odor but could not find the cause. They could have been coming from the construction site right outside the front door. The large construction site caused a little nervousness.

I enjoyed every moment of this property inside and out and the contact I had with the people who own the property was exceptional. They went out of their way for me got my blanket saved that I got as a gift for my boyfriend. It meant the world to me. Such a beautiful place very quiet for two people in love.! I can’t wait to come back.

I wouldn't wander late at night in the surroundings, but felt pretty safe anyways.

Self-check in, never met the hosts but were kind and communicative. Despite being a small room it had everything needed for short stays: mini fridge, sink, dishware, microwave, smart TV, hot water, AC and a comfortable bed. Enough place for guests to park next to the property. Highly recommended to bring a car. Actual property location is a few blocks away from the one provided by Booking, make sure to read and save the information sent by the hosts for check in.

Dirty! Sheets have not been changed from previous visitors. Towels were covered in someone else's long hair. The pillows under pillow cases are blood stained. We got bit by bed bugs! The managers did not respond to ANY messages about the dirty towels and bedding, even though I gave them a chance to at least try to improve the situation.

Smelled reeked extremely strong, smell of dog piss, rushed me out of my room was not accommodating our hospitality like and had to washer and dryer. Did not allow me to wash my clothes.

Wreath of dog piss extremely overwhelming was super cold. There’s no heat have a washing dryer will not allow you to wash your clothes. Was missing a lot of amenities. Customer service is horrible. Rescue out not accommodating or hospitality. Like housekeeping is really ratchet.
