Our room was right next to the elevator and was very noisy. When we asked about it, the staff didn’t seem interested or concerned. They could move us two floors down but also next to the elevator.

Breakfast wasn’t offered.

The shower is a bit small if you’re a bigger person. The property has three parking options: valet for $36, premium self parking for $26, and free parking on the 5th and 6th floor of the parking garage. The free parking is at least a 10 minute walk from room to car which is inconvenient. No free breakfast, you have to order from the restaurant there.

The property was close to the downtown area. The room was clean with lots of storage for items. There was also a steamer for clothes. The lounge/bar area was fun, it has tv’s, a shuffleboard, and an arcade game to play.

I asked for towels and had to wait 40min for them to bring them to the room.

Parking was a headache. You could valet, which is pricey, there is a parking lot, which is also a paid lot or you can park for free in the garage. The garage is not attached to the property and is quite a walk to the entrance. It was raining on our stay and getting to and from the garage was a pain.

Location was perfect for our stay. Close to everything we needed. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The clothes iron was not clean. It had left over sticky black gunk on it. So we had to try to clean it off the best we could to iron our clothes. We could hear some drunk girls yelling in the hallway at night time but other than that the stay was not bad.

The atmosphere was great. Helpful & courteous staff (valet, front & cleaning). Clean room & bathroom. We got into town around 45 mins early & we were able to still check in. The room had a plug in movable mirror with a light, which is really helpful for getting ready. The shampoo, body wash & lotion provided by the hotel were great. I thought we wouldn't be able to sleep next to a busy hwy but it was actually not bad at all.

My only complaints (and I understand these are 1st world problems) are: 1) A lack of outlets to charge devices - especially no outlets or charging stations on the nightstands 2) Complimentary tea and coffee in the early morning would be nice for those of us that are early risers. The coffee shop is excellent but a bit costly. BTW the gentleman who mans the coffee shop in the morning is a gem.

The location was great - the staff were great - the bed was comfortable - the room was spotlessly clean - all the amenities were nice. ALMOST a perfect stay at a wonderful hotel.

1. Upon arrival, it was not clearly specified by the valet guy that we could park for free. Only at the desk we realized that, and fortunately we were able to stop the valet before he took the car. 2. I would recommend that the when instructing how to park in the free parking lot, desk would explain that you should drive very close to the barrier, so that the camera can capture the rear license plate. We had some difficulties with it. 3. It would have been nice if the hotel offered breakfast. 4. The air condition unit is in the window. Since the hotel is near a highway, there was a white noise coming out of the air conditioning unit, even when it was not working. It was not too bad, because the ear quickly adapts, and it is just like the air-condition is working, nothing more. However, I think a central air-condition system would have been better in this case.

It's difficult to find something but as has been mentioned in previous reviews the bed sidelights don't work unless you're my husband who figured out to plug one in. But there's the rub, there is only one plug available, so one of you will have to go without a strong reading light. That's it, that's all I've got!

The bed is very comfortable! The extra friendly staff are fantastic, especially Eveline, Heidi & Iola in the restaurant were really lovely. The food was fantastic in the restaurant with large portions to share of delicious plates. The friendly young man at the front desk at night too was a wonderful help to bone weary arrivals. The hotel is very clean and smelled great! The little coffee machine in the room was great too. Lovely decor and wall art work in the hotel. Location is useful too. Not far from downtown in an Uber. There is a train station a stones throw away from the hotel and also a car shuttle service to within a mile and a half anywhere you want to go, if you're a guest. ☺️ We were so busy having fun we didn't even get time to use the cute pool. We had a marvellous, marvellous stay! Thank you Beeman!

The walls are too thin. Could hear my neighbors talking…every word and they weren’t being loud. I didn't like the barn door to the bathroom. It didn’t stay shut or latched. The pillows were so dense I had a neck ache from sleeping on them. Should have brought my own pillow from home.

Decor. Cool lamps, wallpaper and furnishings in the room. Cool vibe in the lobby.
