You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaView from room was the rooftop. Windows wouldn’t open. Had to have a/c unit on all the time. I really like fresh air, or at least a fresher, more purified source of air. Towels were not replaced daily. Maid didn’t enter room at all.
Very good. Healthy choices and more decadent choices were in the menu.

The lush gardens and the pool was wonderful. The restaurant was excellent, the conservatory was beautiful.

United States of AmericaOur room was on the wing by the Spa. Room, furnishings and bathroom very dated. Air conditioner did not work well and was quite squeaky. The clothes line in the bathroom came out of the wall. Not a big deal but speaks to things being dated. Not enough outlets for phone/computer charging. Housekeeping shortage (on the Cape) you have to request housekeeping. Note: Was informed the Inn was 96% full which limited changing rooms.
The staff was amazing! Dan at the front desk was super personable, friendly and accommodating. Michael in the restaurant was great, very good bar tender (best strawberry daiquiris). The main inn grounds are charming and beautiful. The heated pool and garden area are very pretty and peaceful. The gift shop is a pleasant surprise. The walkability/location is a 10+. We only had breakfast and ate in the bar…. food was very good.
