The heating system was a bit hard to regulate, could have been simpler. No one would like to indulge into reading a lot of instructions to operate it, while they are on vacation.

The location is great, in the heart of the major tourist attractions, especially the French quarters. The suite was spacious, aesthetically furnished, and gets a lot of daylight through the windows. In-suite amenities are perfect for a cozy and comfortable family stay.

Stream-only TV can be limiting, beds large but not the most comfortable, would be nice to have a 6-seat table. None of these really detracted from our stay, though.

Roomy, big fridge, stovetop+oven, dishwasher, huge modern washer+dryer, keypad entry lock, trolley-stop steps away, 15min walk to French Quarter. Sonder staff replied immediately when we requested an additional frying pan to cook with and supplied well before we needed it.

Code to use the lift hard work every time you want to go up. Height of number pad made it hard to read. Pin for room changed the day we arrived (my screenshot as I had no data was useless)

Maybe a baking pan/sheet would be nice to reheat food in the oven rather than the microwave but really there were no complaints.

Location was good, within walking distance of food, shops, and the French Quarter. It was a great place to stay and there was tons of room.

They don’t have cable or satellite tv. They only have a tv on the live room, not in the bedroom and you have to download an app called Chromecast tv which is awful and doesn’t work well. This Chromecast tv has an extremely limited number of available app options and you can’t find much on these apps.

The apartment was in excellent condition and the app to manage the stay works greatly. The staff is friendly and the location pretty convenient, on Canal street. You can either walk to downtown or take a streetcar. Compared to other accommodations, this resulted the most reasonable.

I didn't like that there were no TVs in the bedrooms, and no trashcan in the bedrooms.

I liked the location which was in walking distance to majority of the places we wanted to go. The place was very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Possible bedbug situation that was not addressed by the property. The entrance protocol was weird, had to give a LOT of sensitive information to prove identity. Made me very uncomfortable. I won't stay at their properties again.

I thought the apartment could have used some more colorful art pieces on the walls. This made the apartment's appearance very sterile.

Very clean from the lobby, hallways and apartment. Fully stocked with all necessities. Staff very friendly and warm. Would definitely stay at another location.

The window shutters are pretty, but they don’t help to block out the outside flood lights in the public car parks surround the building. I was travelling with tech-savvy people who could work out the T.V streaming, but I could understand how others would be confused or put off by this offering.

The apartment was SOOO spacious. The bedrooms and living areas were spacious and well lit and the beds were large and comfortable. Importantly, the pillows were plentiful and good quality! The apartment had quality appliances and finishes which I really liked. The other hotel guests were also respectful and quiet.

It was a good twenty minute walk from the French Quarter

The bed was huge and so was the bathroom. It was modern and comfortable, quiet and looked fantastic. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The room smelled weird and we had to order some room spray. The smell didn’t go away during our entire stay. I think the smell came from the water heater in the master but it’s a hard smell to explain. The Sonder pool on the rooftop was tiny.

The room was really spacious and the furniture was nice.

The glass tables were very dusty. And because it was glass you can see it very well. Overall the apartment was clean. The sofa couch was not very comfortable, very hard and I think bit old. The chairs where fine. Wifi is not working, shuts downs every few seconds. Did not complain about it because I was out all day. But definitely something they need to check. In the lobby is a different wifi and did work perfect.

Location was perfect, apartment very big. Nice shower and very comfortable bed. Lovely coffee machine. The swimming pool at the roof was amazing, did not use it because of limited time. But had a short visit also in the evening and had an fantastic view.

The camcast present problems..had to call customer service to get it working and you had to use your own personal nexflix account and your own personal phone for the TV to function. Also had to call for more towels. Both promblems were taken care of promptly by staff..no additional trash bags available had to use Walgreens bags for trash...had seen the staff in the hallway who promised the bags but never gave them to us after we inquired

Was not aware that breakfast could be ordered..like the size of the room and very clean..the washer was an excellent bonus
