Old fashioned, laid back, quiet, basic essentials, no frills and fluffs needed. Great access to walk over and see the water and walk to a couple restaurants and close to the hospital for our family member to be visited. Liked the little outdoor touches too. Deck. I could bring in food and warm up. Had direct and immediate access to outside nature and could open windows too! Unlike all other hotels.

The room is looking a little worse for wear. Would really have been nice to have somewhere in the bathroom to hang towels. Curtains are challenging to close. Fish cleaning station not set up.

comfy and cozy room across from the river. very clean ,nice kitchenette and comfy bed. relaxing outside areas.owners are very friendly and welcoming. location is convienent to everything. walk across the rd to private fishin pier and beach sitting area. very quite and relaxing stay. this is our 2nd stay and we will book again for our next visit.

I didn't like the loud exhaust anytime you turned on the bathroom light. Bathroom is tiny, and the bath towels need to be upgraded. The TV remote in the living room area was awkward to use. You had to stand up and hold remote up high to get it to work.

The location was excellent. The manager responded to our requests quickly and promptly. The room was comfortable and pleasant.

Terrific location! It’s across the street from the Indian River and walking distance to restaurants and bars. They even have their own fishing pier. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable.

The owners are very friendly and welcoming . The room was spacious and had everything needed for a relaxing stay . Good river view . Nice dock for fishing and relaxing . The landscape well kept and included a relaxing pond surrounded by tropical foliage . Bed was comfy and separate living area was a plus .

Think the bath towels could be a little bigger

The location and facilities were spot on. Staff was very accommodating and took care of all questions / needs immediately. Inn is close to most pubs / restaurants in Sebastian.

Nothing! The suite was immaculately clean, well supplied with all household essentials and fabulous restaurants close by. Ask Kyle for his recommendations for great food!

Kyle, the owner, is amazing! He always answered the phone and took care of our requests immediately. Shortly after checking in and unpacking everything, the air conditioner went out. He came immediately to check it out, gave us the option of moving to another room or he had a new a/c unit he could replace with a little help from my honey. WHAAAAT??? That would NEVER happen at a big name hotel!!!! Within 30 minutes (I kid you not!!!) we had a new A/C and set at 68 we had icicles. And this was a regular sized hotel a/c - NOT a window unit!!! Loved our stay!

The peaceful serene atmosphere was just overwhelming. We needed for nothing as we had everything a hotel will usually offer; towels, soap, coffee, etc. My husband loved the fishing dock offered to guests only. We can’t wait to come next year.

Great location. Close to the water, restaurants, and about 15 to 20 minutes to drive to the beaches. Close to Vero Beach and other inlets. The room was perfect. The staff is so accommodating.

There is nothing to fill out in the box the resort was amazing there is no other words it’s quiet, spacious, the value is perfect especially on a budget.

The rooms were SPOTLESS not a spec of dust, dirt, nothing! The staff was so accommodating on everything! The owner went above and beyond to help us, we towed the boat, and he let us park it and in hook it in a safe and secure location during the whole stay!
