Would have given this place a 10, it was just very loud with the bar next door until late. We were okay with ear plugs, but highly recommend bringing some.

The staff were so kind! They were welcoming and helpful. The area was lovely as well. The apartment was clean and tidy, just a little small for 4 adults.

I really dislike it when hotels have a resort fee and taxes exclusive of the price on booking.com. I missed it here and it turned out to be much more expensive than anticipated. I could've Hotwired the Hilton for cheaper. Also, my gf and I were confused about this not having a co-working space or a pool. Not their fault as there is a very similar property a few doors down with the same name and these amenities.

For me, the neighborhood around the property was a bit more tailored for someone who is into the bar/party scene. I tend to like something a little more sophisticated. But that's just a personal preference. Also, the furnishings felt a wee bit tired.

Very good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helped me with my arrival and departure. Very spacious accommodation and well-equipped little kitchen.

Bed was too soft and sinking. The hallways and elevator floor were dirty. The dishwasher needed to be run to get rid of the sewer smell.

The process of checking in the car into the garage was a pain. There's someone at the counter but you still need to pick up your keys from the keybox - okay. But then, walk to the room to get to the garage - and when checking out, got to drive the car out and afterwards walk back to the room again. All without being able to park properly during that time.

Perhaps it's TOO central, i.e. it is right on top of several bars with loud music. If you have a room facing the street, be ready to hear street noise in your room. No tea bags provided, no decent grocery stores in the area. Using the kitchen is actually difficult, given where this place is located. Be aware that the online pre-check in system has some issues with passports..

Very convenient if you want to hang out in the area with cocktail bars of East 6th street or if you want to use the kitchen facilities to cook meals. Clean and brand new. I had no problem with the check in process because there was someone downstairs who handed me the keys, but the self-check in read extremely complex.

We had no TV stations; not even the news station they said we would have. They did not have instructions for using the TV remote for using Apps. Staff said they would ask about credit for not having the TV but we did not receive a credit or hear from the company regarding our request.

You had to tap into wifi/data in order to acquire the password info for the wifi in the room. For someone (me) who does not have data when travelling in the US and relies on wifi, I wasn't able to access it. There was no written information in the room re wifi. Wifi was also a bit choppy. Was VERY difficult to get the TV to work properly.. w slow wifi, the response time from the re mote to tv was very slow and annoying. one of the key fobs didn't work so my husband had to walk back and forth up and down from room/elevator to lobby several times to get a new fob. The workout facilities are POOR. They look interesting but there are NO WEIGHTS over 20lbs and not enough space to use the battle ropes. Whoever put it together isn't a fitness person. There were no coffee mugs or travel cups in the lobby for coffee.. You had to go to your room to get your mug to come down again to get coffee. Very inconvenient. The elevator was super slow.. and only 5 levels. Also there was NO phone in the room to access the front desk for information. you had to walk to the lobby everytime to ask/speak with someone. We will not be booking here again.

The central location was great. The receptionist was amazing and very accommodating. The facility looked very good and modern. We were able to store our bags in lieu of an early checkin when we arrived before noon.

Was in Austin for Levitation. 14min walk to Parish, 20min to Stubb's. Walking distance to Whole Foods, good restaurants and cafe (Cuvee Coffee Bar). No desk in room but ground floor common area is spacious and quiet if you need to do some work. Room has efficiency kitchen (stovetop, microwave) where you can do some basic cooking.

The sheets were not really changed which is a bit of a red flag when staying somewhere for few weeks, but it still seemed pretty clean.

It was pretty good price for a location with a longer stay discount applied. The lobby, stuff and the room were very nice.

It was very loud at night, we could hear everything happening on the street. I wish we had a white noise machine in our room. The elevator button doesn't work outside on P3, I also struggled to get the button to take me to floor 3. I always had to press another floor then scan again and press 3. We also found it confusing to lock our door on our way out.

Perfectly clean and the lobby was really nice. The street was also very walkable and we enjoyed exploring.
