Sole ice machine was out of order and from the appearance of the sign, it has been for quite a while. Didn’t expect much in the way of linens but they were worse than I expected. Towels and washcloths were like using a loofah. Fitted sheet on bed wouldn’t stay on , it was too small. Pillows were awful and got a look at one under the pillowcase and OMG. Got my own pillow and blanket. No slip resistant in tub so I fell hard one night. No stopper in sink so watch out with jewelry stopper in bath didn’t work and was laying on tub side, which was fine for me but did look gross.

Recently redone so no carpet in rooms. LVP throughout so no trip hazards on floor. Interior was clean, exterior was as expected for the price. I picked here because they allow dogs. There were several rooms that had dogs in them. Nice little dog potty area complete with poop baggie station (which no one used).

Door Lock to Bathroom was broken and I was locked in the bathroom for 20 minutes. Very Nerve-Racking To Say The Least. Reported It To Staff Before Checking Out.

No hot water in the shower. No working remote for the TV The replacement remote Had to be retrieved by me going to the front desk from the 3rd floor. During a thunderstorm. And after being assured the remote would work. I got back to the room to find it in fact didn't work, and spent two hours researching online the remote and TV trying to get it to work. The remote never worked. Electrical shorts in the bed side lamp were observed through the night.

Towels old and full of holes. Bathroom sink was leaking. The sheet on the bed was way to small. The shower head was falling out the wall and was wrapped in paper towels also little to no water pressure.

Be prepared for a $100 deposit on top of your payment. Nowhere was it mention about $100 deposit on the website or on Booking.com. Deposits should be noted very clearly prior to reservation. Because once the reservation is made, it is not refundable so if you don’t have $100 deposit you just lost her $80.

There were holes in the wall that had been poorly patched! There was no hairdryer( usually a standard item). The phone didn’t work if we needed the front desk! I’m not used to paying a large deposit especially for a place that offered so little! No coffee maker, no hair products like every place has.

1. The room had a funny smell 2. There were little holes in the comforter. The holes could've been cigarette burns 3. The ceiling had obvious water damage 4. The shower area was poorly put together. The shower head had was not properly mounted and the tub was not clean 5. The television remote control did not work; I had to turn the TV on and change the channels by hand 6. I was afraid to sleep in the bed 7. The furniture looked like it had never been cleaned

I liked the location of the motel; a lot of places to eat and shop nearby.

The beds seemed to be made up instead of the sheets actually being changed. That’s really my only complaint. It felt like there were a little bit of crumbs in the bed, but only a small amount. I never told the staff because I only stayed for a night, but I’m sure with their friendliness, they would’ve been more than happy to accommodate.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the size of the room and location was great, and check in/out was really easy. Quiet property, met my expectations.

The room was a nice size, just wish there had been a small table and chairs. Only one chair at the desk. The location was only 9 miles from where we needed to be. Traffic was so bad we were late even leaving 45 min. Early. So give yourself plenty of time!

Air conditioning needs updating temperature in room was too warm during day only cooled down after sun went down. I did see a roach crawling on the floor. Bedding also needs to be updated, burn holes and very old and worn down. ALL towels need to be replaced at this hotel.

Great location. Near by mall, grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment. Was here for 4th of July cheapest rate I found with decent reviews. Tv has more channels than most hotels. Safe location and bright parking lot with a lot of parking spaces.
