Half the bulbs didn't work in the room!

The room was clean and the set up in the jacuzzi tub setup was very nice!

That the water kept cutting off on me. While in the shower. And we had two men knock on our door that we didn’t know.

P lie… make sure you expect to pay additional unsaid fees as well as whatever amount of cash deposit no matter how you offer to pay for the room .. ie credit card, debit card, cash whatever. They will make you use their atm which charges $4.50 surcharge. They originally asked me for $100 I said no, so then the reduced it to $50 cash deposit. Booking said one fee then after I checked out and checked my charges they applied an additional $2 service fee although the room was cleaner when we left than when we got there and we literally only used the bath mat (we brought our own towels) 🤦🏼‍♀️ never again!!

In comparison to the associate that helped check in, the female associate that was working during check out times (morning shift) was extremely rude and disrespectful. The young lady was unhelpful in every manner you could possibly think of. For example...as a precious customer service and support manager for Walmart, I've learned that when a customer or guest is unable to meet expectations my job included to help find out what the customer or guest may or may have needed to help meet those expectations or needs. This young lady, rushed me out of my room as I was clearly and obviously putting my jacket on to exit the room during check out time. I was communicating with her letting her know that I was exiting the room and she responded with "well you need to hurry up a little faster". With her rushing me I left an item on top of the bed and then she wants to call me back to grab the item from the bed. Which could have been the first time I was trying to make sure that I had all of my belongings. After having exited the room. I stopped before the staircase to fix my jacket because it was cold and I needed to zipper up and button the jacket up and she purposely stood a few feet away from me and stared at me the entire time watching me until I walked down to the front desk which is when she also walked to the unattended front desk to meet me to take my key. When I handed her the key , she looked at me and questioned me what I was waiting for. I kindly asked about my deposit and she told me she was not giving me my $50 deposit because it was about an hour after checkout. This was frustrating for me because when I checked in , I communicated with the person who assisted me and I told them that I might have needed an hour extra maximum after checkout the next day to get myself together due to my health conditions and the associate was okay with that as long as it was just an hour which it was..

Check in experience was good overall. The front desk associate was very helpful and patient with helping out with checking in. The associate answered all of my questions and helped meet me in the middle with accomodations that were necessary for my stay to be possible.

We were robbed during our stay of everything that was in our car. It was locked. They took all the items we had bought for Christmas presents plus our clothing. They took my handicap placard as well as a used lint roller in the glove compartment. It was a horrible experience!!! The management was not responsible but there needs to be more security at this location. I still break down and cry over the sentimental items that were taken i.e. my husband's father's hammer they took with all the other tools we had in the car! We made a police report. This all happened overnight on December . 11-12, 2023.

Backside of building has low visibility and there was a lot of foot traffic. Weird Smell.

The breakfast buffet was terrible wasn't expecting toast and cereal that would probably be one thing that would keep me from going back and the room had a weird smell to it maybe like mold it was not strong but it was present and shuttle to the airport

Lots of homeless people hanging out outside of rooms and in parking lot doing drugs, blasting music and drinking all night. When I made contact with the front desk they said they would talk to the people directly outside of my room blaring music but they did not.

Most of the power sockets and lights in our room didn’t work (some did). The pool looked great but the woman at reception wouldn’t open the gate and didn’t really give a reason.

Selected room was not cleaned on check in. The bed was unmade and the bath was still dirty. The second room was a smoking room and was extremely smelly
